At home, start the day outside in your private back yard with a cup of coffee under the shady gazebo. When you get hungry, step inside to the full, well-equipped kitchen to make some breakfast. With stainless steel appliances, plentiful counter space, and all the gadgets you need, meal prep is a breeze. Throughout the home you’ll find comfortable, traditional furnishings and plenty of space to gather. Sit down for a meal in the formal dining room or head outside to dine alfresco. After a day of fun, relax at home in the central AC. Call a spot on one of the reclining leather sofas and stream the latest release or take advantage of the free WiFi to post the day’s pics to social media. For more together time, opt for a board game at the kitchen table. Sleep well in any of the four well-appointed bedrooms - another day of desert adventures awaits tomorrow.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
