Lake Pointe Lodge is a 4,000 sq. ft. two-story, 6 bedroom, 4 ½ bath home located just 4 miles from downtown Alexandria, Minnesota on 776-acre Lake Latoka. This luxurious, executive lake home sleeps 15 in 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, 4 twin beds, 1 full-sized sleeper sofa and 1 crib. Its huge windows face the lake bringing the outside inside.

The main level features the kitchen, living room, dining room, master bedroom suite, office, four-season porch, laundry room with two washers and dryers, two full bathrooms and a foyer powder room.

The open, curved stairway takes you to the second level which features a balcony overlooking the living room and a stunning view of Lake Latoka as well as 5 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Outside you’ll find large patios with outdoor furniture, a gas grill, a fire bowl, a sandy beach and the docks. A beautifully landscaped patio on one side of the point is ideally situated to watch small children on the sandy beach and easy access to a wonderful pontoon style paddle boat which seats 4.. The other side of the point features deeper water where you can fish from the docks or board the pontoon, which for 12 with a 60 hp Mercury motor, for a lake excursion. Gather your team and try shuffleboard, horseshoes, volleyball or basketball. (Pontoon available from Fishing Opener to or or near Oct 1st)

Lake Latoka offers a variety of water sports, beautiful sunrises, and the call of the Minnesota loon. The included 22 ft. pontoon allows you to enjoy the calm 776-acre lake with depths up to 108 feet that boasts Northerns, Crappies, Walleyes and Sunfish.

If a little rest and relaxation is your goal, sit on the benches watching the waterfowl and take in incredible sunrises from the 4-season porch or enjoy the early morning solitude watching the loons and gulls from the dock benches.

Lic #1853 - Overnight capacity is 12 people ages 6 and up with children 5 and under not included in the total. Not more than 12 additional daytime guests are permitted by Douglas County VRBO requirements. Owner may have additional requirements. Parking is limited to 8 cars with no street parking.

Amazing hosts, Amazing home

From beginning to end Carolyn and Jose were great hosts. They always responded almost immediately, and were so accommodating. The house was absolutely beautiful and had something for everyone. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone who wants a fun and relaxing getaway on a beautiful lake.

Girls Weekend Getaway

We wanted a central location for a few of us friends to get together and catch up! This location was absolutely perfect for that as it offered enough space for us all and had an amazing view of the lake and great outdoor space. We booked it in May as that’s what worked best for our group, but we would definitely consider booking in summer when use of the lake would be more likely. The owners were wonderful to work with and very responsive to any and all questions we had. It was about a 15 minute drive from anywhere we wanted to go. Overall, wonderful stay and rental!

Christmas family gathering

We were able to spend time together as a family all under the same roof! The weather was too cold to enjoy the outdoors but we enjoyed the fireplace and togetherness! Family is everything!

Great family vacation home

This property was everything we expected and more. Stocked with many toys and supplies for children of all ages. Also lots of yard games for adults with a large flat back yard to enjoy them. House interior was clean and beautiful with lots of space for large groups. Hosts were very accommodating responsive to any questions. Highly recommend this property!

Enjoyment for ALL Ages!

Four families from ages 2-85 enjoyed this beautiful property. Property was clean and very well stocked to handle our group of 12. There was lack of nothing when we prepared our meals. There is ample space indoors so we could "spread out" and never felt "cramped". Outdoor play area....from playground equipment to outdoor games galore...were enjoyed by all ages. Indoor games and puzzles were also available, but not needed due to the beautiful weather we were blessed with. Pontoon rides were an added bonus. Most importantly, management was prompt to answer any questions/concerns and respected our privacy. Thank you for sharing your property.

Perfect Family Getaway!

We don’t even know where to begin to describe how spectacular this house and property are!!! The house accommodated our group perfectly. The lake is beautiful and very quiet, so tubing and swimming were stress free-not worrying about boat traffic constantly. The owners were great to work with and answered the few questions we had instantly! In addition to the playset, pontoon, beautiful lake and stellar accommodations, one of my wife’s favorite things were that three refrigerators were available for use to use, which accommodated the tons of food we all brought for the long weekend. 😊 We can’t wait to come back!

Had the most amazing time!

We had the absolute best time at this property, I can't recommend it enough. We had 12 people total and there was so much room for everyone. We celebrated our combined Bachelor/Bachelorette party. My fiance and I are not much for going out and getting wild, so we wanted something that had a ton of activities that would be fun for everyone. That is exactly what we received. We had one of the best weekends ever here!

Great place to gather with a group. A lot of space and seating; big tables for dining and playing games. Large bedrooms, comfortable beds and 4 1/2 bathrooms! Owners are awesome, very receptive and made everything easy! Will definately be back.

Great home for a large family!

We had everything we needed! Kitchen was well stocked. House was very spacious and well kept. Carolyn even put up a tree for our Christmas celebration. A great place to gather and enough bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy as well! Highly recommend!

Great Layout

My family really enjoyed our stay at Lake Point Lodge. There were 12 of us total all over the age of 55. The layout of the house was great for our group and we were all able to enjoy different activities right on the main floor and in close proximity to one another. The sun porch was the game room, living room was for reading and conversation, and a 1000 piece puzzle took up a portion of the living room table. All of these activities centered around the most important room, the kitchen! The kitchen was probably the most well-stocked kitchen I have ever seen at a vacation rental. The house was clean and communication was timely. Access to the lake was exceptional and the lawn was well manicured. Since the weather was warm we were able to use the outdoor seating and even the volleyball net. (Some of us even jumped in the lake on October 11th!) Although we were an elderly group, we saw how accommodating the owners were with providing games, toys, outdoor games for families with younger people. Five stars all around.

There are many activities right on site, beautiful fire fit overlooking the lake, badminton/volleyball, horseshoes, shuffleboard and more outdoor activities. Large kitchen and gathering areas. Great location, plenty of space and excellent outdoor options!!

For a relaxing lake getaway with really perfect outdoor space this is great. Huge patio with covered pergola/ large tables and lots of chairs. Great patio area with walk in lake access. Fire pit with benches and extra chairs, lots of dock space for fishing and a pontoon thrown in! Place was clean, plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen for a large group and plenty of indoor gathering space. If you are all about top of the line/latest furniture and decor this is not your spot, but if what you you care about is having lake home fun with a large group of friends or family with everything you need in a comfy spot it’s perfect.

Our Favorite Place!

I love Dick and Judy's rental homes. Their daughter Caroline is so organized and exceptionally wonderful to work with. I can find no better suited place for our family to stay because of all the activities, the boat, shuffle board, volleyball and the most clean and well stocked homes. We truly love Lake Pointe!
