Beautiful Oceanfront Views--Newly remodeled!

Our two bedroom and two bath unit is only steps to the beach as well as to two new pools on Villamare grounds! The oceanfront view is spectacular! A recent update was completed including new flooring, new kitchen, new furniture and window treatments. There is new paint throughout the unit as well as a new air handling system.

Villa 1307 is on the third level of building one. We also own Villa 1302 which is also on the third floor and down the hall--very convenient for families or groups that require more space!

This villa is ready to be your vacation retreat. The family room has a comfortable couch that converts to a sleeper sofa with a full-size mattress, two large chairs, and a new smart TV. The family room also has glass doors that open to a balcony with outdoor furniture for lounging.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features quartzite counter tops and new appliances. There is a washer and dryer just off of the kitchen. There is a dining table with four chairs as well as bar seating for two just outside the kitchen.

The master bedroom suite has French doors separating it from the living area, a king-size bed, a spacious full bath with soaking tub, a TV and a balcony. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds and also has a bathroom with a shower, a TV and balcony. All the bedroom furniture, mattresses and bed spreads have been selected by a professional decorator.

Villa 1307 is located near the front of Villamare which means your villa is near the beach, oceanfront pools, cabana, and sundeck. It's a short walk to the beach or pool from your third floor villa. There is an elevator for guests' use. There's also an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, barbecue area and exercise room exclusively for Villamare guests.

Great Vacation

This was our second time staying at Theresa’s Villamare condo. It was every bit as good as the first time. The condo is well-equipped, has beautiful ocean views, great amenities, and is located in our favorite part of Hilton Head. We will plan to stay here again the next time we visit HHI.

Ideal Hilton Head Island Stay

We have been to HHI 5 times prior to this visit and this was the best place. Rental was well accommodated and middle island made it perfect to get around. Elevators and carts made it easy to load and unload. Covered parking was nice. Grounds well kept. Pool, grills, fire pit, adult only areas made for great fun

Perfect location

The home was awesome. Beautiful views of sunrises to start your day. The space was well maintained and had everything you need and might have forgotten. Including beach chairs and umbrellas and beach toys for the kids if you have them. I appreciated how they let us know when it was available upon arrival and checked in with us through our stay. Thank you for sharing your space! We loved every moment.

Exceptional unit in fabulous location

We have rented this unit several times because we love it so much. The view of the ocean is exceptional. The unit is well furnished, very comfortable, and includes everything you need. The property manager is very responsive. We have stayed in many places in Hilton Head over the years, and this rental is our favorite!

Fabulous Villamare vacation

We've been going to Hilton head for over 8 years now and we are more impressed with this property than any other we have stayed at. its a very spacious two bedroom two bath condo right on the ocean. Very clean, quiet, comfortable, beautifully decorated and the ocean views are spectacular. We also loved the muffins that were waiting for us upon arrival - very nice touch! We have never worked with such a fabulous owner and property manager for all the places we've stayed in the past. We can't wait to book it again for next year!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villimare. The condo was newly remodel and was beautiful. It was very clean and equipped with everything you could need. The sunrise was spectacular over the ocean. What a wonderful way to wake up each morning! We can't wait to come back.

We had a lovely stay at this condo. It is perfectly located just steps from the pool and the beach. It has all of the amenities that we wanted and was perfectly described in the description. Communication was also top-notch. We could not ask for more and would definitely return.

Much needed fun/relaxation

Everything about this trip was perfect. The condo looked exactly as shown. Was clean and VERY comfortable. We had 3 teen girls with us who spent every minute on the beach and riding bikes around on their own. The island is so safe we had no problem letting them go off on their own. My husband and I spent a couple of hours on the beach/pool and took advantage of all the comforts of home in the condo. Some of the best naps we have had in years. Perfect location! So clean! If I had to pick one “con”, it would be how crowded the pool was with kids. BUT that’s not a bad thing. They were having a blast. We went down to the pool at 6:30a for some quiet time. Then later in the day as well. It worked out. We loved our trip and hope to be back soon. TTHANK YOU SO MUCH.

We have stayed numerous places in Palmetto Dunes over the years, and this unit was definitely one of our favorites. Exceptional views, very clean, and close to everything. Beds were very comfortable and property manager very responsive to questions!

Vacation on the beach

Our vacation at the Villamare was perfect. We enjoyed morning walks on the beach and sat by the pool during the day. Many fabulous restaurants close by. The condo was exactly as listed and management was responsive and available when needed. We would definitely return again.

Great Villamare Condo

Everything about our stay at this Villamare condo was perfect. We love the Palmetto Dunes area and the location of this resort. We only had to get in the car twice to make larger grocery runs, but other than that, we biked and walked everywhere. Great ocean view from the condo and just steps away from the wide beach, pool, and hot tub. The condo was very clean and well stocked, including beach chairs and toys. We would definitely stay here again.

Ocean View property

This condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. It has all the amenities you need. The ocean views are beautiful, as are the morning sunrises, sandy beaches and dophin sightings. Teresa has alsways been very helpful and quick to answer any questions. This is our second time staying here and plan to do it agian.

Awesome Condo with a Great View

This condo exceeded our expectations. We took my parents to Hilton Head as an early Christmas present. They were both in awe of the condo, as it was the nicest place they ever stayed at. It was clean and well maintained with a great view (and sound) of the ocean. The Villamare complex is also beautiful. We took advantage of a nice workout facility and the outdoor pool.

Sunrise on the ocean

The package of small cinnamon rolls was a nice welcome when we walked in after a long journey. Clean and comfortable easily describes this unit. Ocean views and breezes make it a very nice getaway. We ate breakfast on the balcony a few days after watching the sunrise. We will definitely recommend this unit.
