This place was great for a larger group of up to 10 people. Very spacious with everything you need. This only thing I would suggest is bring blankets. There are enough for bedtime but if you’re hanging out om the couch there were no spares.
The stay was great. The only thing we didn’t have was paper towels which we could easily get ourselves. Possible oversight but didn’t not bothersome. Close to a Walmart. We enjoyed our stay at this property.
We were going to watch my grandson play at the AT&T stadium the home of the Dallas cowboys. It was just 5 minutes from at stadium a great location if you and your friends and family are going to the game. Plenty of room nice and quiet place with lots of room to park and play out back. We loved our stay Andy will be returning soon.
Everything was great and within Att stadium. My family loved how close everything was and within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again when we come to Dallas. Thank you 😊
Property was easy to locate and lots of parking space. House was clean and had all amenities stated, although keep in mind layout/doorways may be a bit confusing but otherwise I would highly recommend to book!
We stay here for my son’s graduation from UTA. Very cozy place and clean. Great place for people coming here for sporting events. It was minutes away from everything. Thanks

This was a nice house the doors to the restrooms did not close properly and it was a little dirty like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in a while. The furniture was also broken or damaged and were not too comfortable to sit on. We got the instructions for checkout at 7:41am on the day of checkout however we left at 4am so we were unable to do what the host requested. I would recommend sending that message the day before checkout. The location was perfect and the weather was beautiful. All in all it was a good experience.
This property was perfect for our stay. We had a group of 8 adults in town overnight for a Rangers game. The home was spacious enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. It was easy to locate and close to the field. The host was incredibly quick with responses. The only comment our party had was that the thermostat is not to be set below 75, which is warmer than we are used to. However with rising energy costs, we didn’t feel this was an unreasonable request. Maybe bring a battery powered fan if you like to sleep colder. We would definitely stay again in the future.
Home is in a great area, relative to the stadiums nearby, and has plenty of space for entertaining! However, the bed linens in at least 2 of the bedrooms, had several hairs that did not belong to our party (they were under the sheets and pillows). The bedding and a few of the towels also appeared to be stained, and one of the pillow cases has several holes in it...we weren’t sure if the linens were discolored due to age? We were happy with our stay, but the lack of cleanliness of the sheets and pillowcases impacted our comfort and sleep.
There is no hot tub, even though the listing indicates there is. A few basic things that would have put this at the 5 star:
I arrived in the evening to a city/neighborhood that I was unfamiliar with, but there were no lights on for the home-not even a porch light. This made it very uncomfortable to arrive and get into the home using the light on my phone.
The roof fan squeaks terribly - sounds like someone is in the attic.
There was quite a bit of trash in the yard...both in bags sitting next to the garage and just random trash.
No papertowels - not a huge deal but I've stayed at MANY VRBO's and basics such as this make you feel like the owner cares. The home is decorated nicely, but things like basic paper towels can make a difference.
There were no spare trash bags to replace the one I used. The bathroom soap dispenser was empty and the one for dish soap in the kitchen was broken.
The price was more than the place warrants compared to other options in the area. The nightly rate seems well enough, but when you add in the VRBO fees and the owner fees it puts it over the top.
Everything was great the host of property was so nice and responded fast

My husband and I grew up in Arlington. The city has so much more to offer over the years. There are endless activities to do right here and the surrounding DFW areas. We have 2 active children, and this location is so convenient that taking them all over town to their functions is painless. We love to travel, and without a doubt, the place we stay plays a huge role in our trip experience. We take great pride in providing guests a delightful stay at our place. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
