Wonderful condo.
One of the premier units at the tennis and beach resort. Pool, spas, tennis courts, grounds are all well maintained. Ocean views are magnificent. I would love to stay there again the next time I visit the area.

Fantastic vacation spot
Family vacation, it was great. The steps down to the beach were difficult with a toddler, but the condo is AMAZING. The view is wonderful and the ocean is the best sleep-aid ever!

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo is very nicely equipped and the photos are accurate. The view of the ocean was breathtaking. We stayed with our toddler and baby and they loved it. The neighborhood is lovely and very walkable. There are several beaches within walking distance we loved. We enjoyed legoland and the zoo on our trip, but honestly, our kids just wanted to hang out at the beach and at the condo! We are already talking about when we can go back.

Starting and ending your day on that patio is like heaven. The location is great-can walk to tons of places. The condo itself is close to the pool and steps to the beach. It had everything we needed. Would 100% rent this place again.

Relaxation and beauty
This place is amazing! Beds were very comfortable and sleeping with the doorway cracked at night to hear the waves, best way to fall asleep! Fully stocked for all our needs. Location was fabulous. Having access to the pool and hot tub worked well for our teenagers. The tennis courts were a bit as well! Jeanne was very helpful with any question we had and always responded quickly. Would definitely rent again!

Beachfront Paradise
This is such a beautiful setting and elegantly appointed well-organized condo with a kind receptive host, Jeanne. The particular beach that you have access to is one of the best in San Diego for walking and swimming. We live in the area but it was such a treat to have in this lovely getaway.

We loved this place! The condo is beautiful, comfortable and well stocked. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, we spent lots of time there watching dolphins, surfers and flying pelicans. Also lots of restaurants and cafes close by, and a nice heated outdoor swimming pool is right around the corner. Highly recommend, thanks so much for being such a great host Jeanne!

Beautiful Ocean/Beach Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Solana Beach. Jeanne’s condo is steps (and a few stairs) from the ocean and has a wonderful ocean view. Awesome oceanfront Solana Beach Condo!
My husband and 16 year old were able to spend 10 days in Jeannes lovely oceanfront condo. We loved every minute and hope to go back soon! The location was the best we’ve had in our many visits to Solana Beach. We loved that the master bedroom was oceanfront so we could fall asleep and wake up to the sounds of the ocean. We also loved that the condo was fully equipped with everything we needed for 10 days at the beach. We would highly recommend staying in this condo!

We really enjoyed our stay in Solana Beach and would love to come back to the area. The condo was spacious and had beautiful views of the ocean. Hearing the waves crashing all day was the best part. Fantastic beach condo
We loved this condo! It was very clean, well located in Solana Beach and well equipped with everything we needed, including a washer and dryer. The highlight of the place is the outstanding view. Perfect spot to watch the waves, see the beach and experience the gorgeous sunsets. Loved the pelicans flying over and all the small aircraft passing by. Communication with owner was quick and efficient. All questions answered promptly. We had a fantastic visit and would love to stay again.

Wonderful trip
We loved our week long stay here. The house had a beautiful view of the ocean where we could watch dolphins, surfers and birds every day. Despite the cooler temps, our kids loved being able to walk to the beach every day. We were even just an hour drive to Disneyland for a day trip. The condo was clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need (except food), and everything worked great! The bedroom with 2 beds even had an extra pull our bed so our 3 kids all had their own bed. Thank you for a great vacation! We would highly recommend this condo!

Great condo in gorgeous and quiet location
Loved, loved, loved our stay! The condo is spacious and has everything for family. The master-bedroom windows and the family room both face the ocean. You wake up - and it's the first thing you see. You can watch sunsets from the balcony or make a short trip downstairs to the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet, the property is gated. Short drive to La Jolla and a walk to Salano Beach "downtown" which is a neat area. Whole Foods is close, as are several good restaurants and coffee shops.

Perfect getaway! Perfect view!
This 2-bedroom and 2 bathroom (each full baths) condo faces the ocean and is on the third level (which provides the best views of the ocean and beach below). It has two sets of sliding glass doors that open up the view of the ocean and bring the wonderful ocean breezes and sounds of the waves into both the main living area and the master bedroom. The decor is very attractive and the furniture (including the bed in the master bedroom) was very comfortable. We did not use the second bedroom. There was plenty of closet space and drawers to put away our things, which we appreciated. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and there was a gas grill as well, which we used regularly. We especially loved walking the beach first thing in the morning and relaxing on the balcony overlooking the ocean. There is much to see and do in the area, including some great restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend this unit and have made reservations already for this unit for next summer! Note that this would not be a good choice for those who have difficulty with stairs--there are stairs to get to the unit and there are stairs that give access to the beach. Everything was perfect.

Ocean Front White Water View Centrally Located Solana Beach
We've stayed at Jeanne's condo half a dozen times over the last 4 years and have enjoyed every minute. The condo is well equipped in every respect and is always clean and well maintained. It is centrally located in beautiful Solana Beach. It's a short walk to the stairs to the beach where you can ride the surf break, walk north to Cardiff and Encinitas or south to Del Mar and Torrey Pines or just sit in the sand and watch the waves. Also a short walk to the coast highway 101 with numerous restaurants and shops, and a block from there is Cedros St the North County design district with galleries, shops and restaurants. Supermarkets are a mile or so away-Albertsons and Whole Foods. The Del Mar racetrack and county fairgrounds are 3/4 mile away. But the best thing about Jeanne's condo is just kicking back and relaxing while looking out at the waves, surfers, porpoises, pelicans and the occasional grey whale and harbor seal. Fairly private end unit on the top floor ensures quiet and solitude. A great getaway. And Jeanne is a terrific landlady-respects your privacy but is very responsive to any need you might have.
