Located in the lively and friendly community of South Padre Island, Texas, this address is your entry to a vacation full of sun, sand, and sea. You’ll have easy access to the beautiful beaches of South Padre Island. The area offers many fun activities, such as water sports, fishing trips, and dolphin-watching tours. For dining, there are various restaurants serving fresh seafood, Tex-Mex dishes, and international foods. You’ll also find nearby shops, souvenir stores, and grocery stores.
Our condo unit 1 is upstairs. We have shared back deck with everyone renting the 3 condo units. Parking is on the driveway.

The condo has two bedrooms: one with a luxurious king-size bed and a Smart TV, and the second with a queen-size bed, both featuring closets for your convenience. The newly remodeled bathroom boasts a beautiful tile shower/tub combo and new quartz countertops. Unwind after a day at the beach with high-quality linens and bedding. Off the queen bedroom, you'll find a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Outside, the deck is perfect for grilling or enjoying the fire pit, with plenty of seating and outdoor lighting. We have three units available for rent, which can be booked together for large gatherings or separately. Each unit can accommodate up to six guests. Our South Padre Island property is conveniently located near beach access points, restaurants, and activities, ensuring an unforgettable beach vacation experience.

- Please inform us if you require portable fans, baby items such as cribs, or games, as they can be provided upon your request.
- Beach umbrellas and towels are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please request them before your arrival to ensure availability. Incase of lost or broken, fees will apply.
- Please inform us in advance if you will be needing the Air Mattress.
- Early check-in & late check-out is allowed but for approval. There is $25 charge per hour.
- Great for families and children.
- Must provide a copy of identification with a picture.
- Must read and agree to House Rules & Rental Agreement.
- No illegal Drugs.
- No loud sounds after 10 PM.
- No parties.
- No Smoking. This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed in the house or anywhere on the property.
- Extra guest fees are $10 per guest per night.
- Pet fees are one-time $25 plus $10 per pet per night.
- Dogs are allowed on the premises for a fee. However, they are not allowed on any furniture, beddings, or blankets. A fine of $50 per piece of item or furniture will be paid if it's found.
- Absolutely NO cats!
Not all of our properties accept pets. For properties where pets are allowed, here are a few rules to keep in mind. There is a 2 dog maximum per stay 1. Please keep dogs on leashes. 2. Clean up after your pet, please dispose of all waste in the trash. 3. Please keep dogs in our yard. 4. Pets must have an ID tag, rabies tag, and collar at all times. 5. Absolutely no pets on the furniture or beds. We will charge $250 if we find out. 6. No Aggressive pets. The Pet Deposit is $25.00, non-refundable and an additional $10 per pet per day charge. PLEASE NOTE : If Pets are brought to the home and no pet deposit is paid prior to arrival, we will charge as mentioned above plus a $100 penalty.
-Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver, as this will protect you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
