Boasting incredible Gulf views, this condo includes complimentary access to 300 feet of private beach and a suite of on-site resort amenities, including three outdoor pools, a hot tub, a full gym, and sports courts. Complimentary boat slips, along with boat and kayak storage, are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. The private boat launch is free to use at the marina. Take a walk along the nearby docks or watch for dolphins from the riverside. You'll also be across the street from the new Island Market and souvenir shop.
The bright, open living area sets the stage for casual downtime, and the breezy, private balcony makes a perfect spot for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Take in gorgeous beach vistas from the floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors. The stainless steel kitchen is well-equipped for home cooking and has plenty of seating between the breakfast bar and dining table. Other home essentials include central air conditioning, free WiFi, and a private, full-size washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
