Why they chose this property
The property was built in 2005. We bought this property mainly for its proximity to Texas Medical Center and its easy access to Highway 610 which links to all Central Houston attractions including the Museum District, Minute Maid Park, downtown. It also links to all the other major Highways in Houston. It is also located near the NRG/ Astrodome home of the Houston Texans, which also hosts a lot more other events other than the football games. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, well maintained has in place 24hour security at the entrance gate.
What makes this property unique
The home boasts of space and luxury. It has been furnished with upper end furnishings. The kitchen has been equipped with great kitchen utensils to make you feel at home, far way from home.

A walking trail for a leisurely walk within the community is also available.
