Quintessentially Austin neighborhood. Walkable to parks, restaurants, bars, small grocery store, etc. Easy access to Mopac and all the fun things Austin offers. House has recently been remodeled, new Subzero refrigerator, Viking range and all new bathrooms. However, the cool historic vibe was kept and house is the best of both worlds.
