The property sleeps up to 24 with the ability to seperate families and/or kids from adults.
Located in a quiet slough, there is plenty oportunity for swimming and relaxing. This house has very limited availability!!

Lake Martin is one of the greatest places on Earth! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
Our house is in one of the more secluded sloughs on the lake, but is also a 5 minute boat ride to the Landing, 15 minutes boat ride to Spring house or 25 minute boat ride to Kowaliga. Very convenient!
What makes this property unique
This is one of the few flat lots on the lake with a huge front yard for playing games!
We also offer separate houses to accommodate different family/privacy.
The boat launch is also a bonus!
