4BR/4BA Premium Themed Villa

Wonderfully Themed villa in the beautiful gated community of Windsor Hills, just two miles from Disney. Enjoy complimentary pool & spa heat, themed rooms, and a fun games room in the garage (air hockey, ping ping, foosball)! This is one of very few 4-bedroom units on the resort. We're nice and close to the main pool so you can easily walk- no need to drive!

Resort amenities are included when you book with us (massive heated pool, brand new water park, playgrounds, fitness & more).

Enjoy the sunshine all year long!

INCREDIBLE ROOMS! All rooms have ensuite baths! Master features a King bed, tastefully decorated. 2nd Master also has a comfortable King bed. First themed room is "Little Mermaid," featuring featuring two twin beds. The second themed room is "Harry Potter," also featuring two twins. All rooms have TVs.

Rare opportunity to have a bathroom connected to each bedroom! Themed rooms have themed washrooms to match.

In the backyard you will find a screened-in pool area that does a great job keeping the bugs and leaves out. The pool heat is always complimentary for our guests! The pool is typically set to 85 degrees and the attached spa to 102 degrees (the spa is activated by turning a timer). You'll also love the outdoor eating area, second seating area, and loungers.

-Infants do not count towards your 8 (there is a pack & play included)
-We have partnerships with other high end Villas on the resort

The Villa has space for 3 parking spots and a 4th vehicle can be parked in the oversize lot if pre-arranged. Parking is free. Please note the resort security is very serious about controlling entry at the gates, which is great for families. Please make sure to read instructions in your rental agreement in order to understand procedures so that your arrival goes smoothly.

Windsor Hills is the closest resort to Disney. Enjoy the beautiful grounds, massive community pool, new multi-million dollar waterpark, clubhouse, fitness center, sports courts, theatre, arcade, parks, and more, all while vacationing securely knowing that your family is protected by our gated community and security officers.

We pride ourselves on excellent communication and in creating beautiful vacation experiences for families like ours and yours.

Please note that a separate rental agreement needs to be signed within 48hrs in order to proceed with the booking.

Please also note that we do not provide a permanent BBQ because we cannot guarantee that we can provide it in perfectly clean condition to our valued guests. Instead, we can assist you to rent a fully cleaned BBQ (with full propane) at a size that meets your needs; you rent it directly from a 3rd party so it's actually cheaper than the typical owner "pass-along" cost (which is usually added upon signing the rental agreement) but you get a better product that's nice and clean.

We do not charge for pool & spa heat; it's complimentary :)

Can’t wait to go back!

Our stay at Sunnyview Villas was everything we expected and more! The house looked exactly like the pictures, and the hosts were very responsive before, during and after our stay. The house was clean and updated which made us feel comfortable and at home. Our kids loved the themed rooms, pool and spa, games room, and large comfortable couches for relaxing after a long day. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable (towels, kitchen items, bedding, etc). The host’s also left some starter items like laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. This was very helpful. The gift basket upon arrival was a thoughtful extra touch. The kids dug into it right away after a long day of travelling/before we were able to run out to get groceries. We will definitely be back again soon. Thank you Lindsay and Rob!!

Perfect house, we will be back!

The house was perfect! It was exactly like the pictures. We loved everything about it. The size, the closeness to Disney, and having your own private pool just steps out the back door could not have been better! We will definitely be recommending and returning in the future!

Great villa in a perfect location

Lovely villa with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lots of space for the 8 of us and it was a real home from home for us to recharge after busy days at the parks. The kids loved the pool and the games room and the welcome basket with snacks was a lovely touch. Communication with the owners Rob and Lindsay was fantastic every step of the way and we really appreciated them checking in with us to give support and advice during Hurricane Milton. Perfect location close to Disney parks, local shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Great Home for Our Family Vacation

I would highly recommend this gated community home for your next family vacation! It was very clean and had plenty of room for our group of seven - four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The kids loved the pool and game room! Close proximity to stores, restaurants and theme parks.

Amazing Vacation Rental!

We recently stayed at Sunnyview Villas for 11 days. This was an awesome place to stay as it was super clean, located in a great gated community, had everything we were looking for and the owners were very quick to respond with any of our needs. As a group of 7, it easily suited all our needs. Our kids loved the themed bedrooms and it made them feel very welcomed. Checking in and out was made super easy as these owners have thought of everything to help make your stay easier! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Our Favorite Place to Stay!

We love this Villa for our annual Disney trips! We’re a family of 5 and there is more than enough room for all of us. The kids love the game room to occupy their time when they aren’t busy swimming in the pool! Communication has always been quick and efficient and we love the added security of being in a gated community.

Great Home, Great Location!

This is a great home for one or two families with kids 3 - 15. The kids rooms are fun and well decorated. The home is close to several restaurants and 15 minutes from all of the parks. I would highly recommend this home for your next Disney adventure!

This house was the perfect fit for our family. The perfect getaway

Absolutely wonderful

We have just finished staying at this beautiful villa. It was perfect. It was just like being at home. The decor was just right for our family, especially our grandchildren. We loved the size of the pool and the hot tub. The location was ideal, being so close to the airport, Disney Resort, shopping and restaurants. Couldn’t have wished for anywhere better. Perfect villa

We had the most amazing stay at sunnyview villas the location was so close to Disney. Perfect Disney Vacation Rental

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunny View Villas. Rob and Lindsay the owners were very responsive and the gift basket was so thoughtful. The house was one of our favorite rentals we have stayed at. The house was clean, had a nice layout and very cute decorations. We felt like we were at home during our stay. If you are going to the parks the house is very close. We really enjoyed the pool and soaking in the hot tub after a long park day. The gated community was very safe. The resort pool was very busy so we were thankful to have a pool at the house. Perfect

This house was perfect for our family. The location and accommodations exceeded our expectations. We have stayed on Disney property before and honestly, it took about the same time to get to the house from the parks as it was when we stayed on Disney property. And a LOT more cost effective. It's always nice to come back to a "home" after a long hot day at the parks--having couches to relax on, a large kitchen to make a quick family meal, a pool and hot tub to relax in, game room to also hang out in. The kitchen and living room area is bigger then what the pictures show too. The "kids" rooms are adorably decorated. You felt like you were still part of the parks at the house. The community waterpark, arcade and canteen on property were very well done and nice add ons. Communication from the owners was on point and made checking in and out a breeze. Every question we had from the owners, guest services, and the guards was quickly answered. It's a very quiet, nice, convenient, and well thought out home and community. Highly recommend!

Perfect Vacation Stay

We stayed for 10 nights in early May. Prior to arrival I emailed a couple of times with questions and Rob and Lindsay were quick to respond. Upon arrival I gave my kids the wrong door code and they tried it multiple times and we got locked out. Rob saw what happened before I had even made it up to the door, contacted us and remotely unlocked the door for us! After our first night they checked in to be sure all went well. They also provided clear checkout details the day prior to checkout. The house itself was lovely. The themed rooms were fantastic, my girls loved them. The beds were comfortable, there were extra blankets and pillows in all the closets. Plenty of towels, including dish towels for the kitchen. Everything was very clean, mats at all the doors helped keep the kids from tracking water through the house after swimming. We brought our own pool towels and just left them hanging over the chairs, they dried in no time. The pool was great! Big enough for my kids, almost 6' deep at one end and the spa heated up very quickly. My kids spent hours in the pool and several days asked to stay at the house instead of going to Disney. They did come by and do some pool maintenance while we were gone one day. Adjusting the chemical and adding more water. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and good appliances, including a garbage disposer. Daily garbage pickup out front was so convenient. I didn't pay much attention to game rooms when renting but my family loved it. There is an air conditioner out there and they played air hockey and football almost every day. Dressers in every room and hangers available in all the closets. I did an Instacart delivery from Publix and another day ran up to Walmart, which is less than five minutes with almost no traffic. From the time we got into the car until we were parked at Disney averaged about 15 minutes and the traffic in the area is very manageable. We would absolutely recommend a stay here! It was so relaxing and comfortable.

Great place!

Great place! Nice, spacious and beautifully decorated. Theme rooms and lots of Mickey! Booking was super easy and Rob & Lindsay were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The pool and hot tub were great and warm since we traveled in December! Nice little starter packages of soaps, shampoos, washer and dishwasher tablets. Plenty of dishes, glassware and pots and pans. The kiddos loved the game room and all the board games! Great little place to stay! Nice and relaxing after a busy day at the parks. Do not hesitate to book this is definitely a home away from home! Thanks Rob & Lindsay for a great stay!
