We booked July 4th, but college is calling, and I will be lugging boxes in to a dorm room. We wanted to give someone the best week of the summer to enjoy. Huge porch overlooking the inlet. Pool, bike to the beach, 4 bedrooms all with designer sheets and comforters, huge deck out back with grill and pool. Wide plank floors, antiques, eclectic, fun style. This is the house for entertaining, great flow. L. Train and Hampton Jitney are in walk-able distance; beach 1.7 miles.In the range for restaurant delivery, and we have the kayaks. and 4 bikes Family lives in Washington DC and we will be setting up a dorm room instead!. Great for Fall getaways with apple picking, crisp walks on the beach and cool weather. We'd love to have you as our guests. Being premiered in upcoming home dec magazine! $7,000.00 per week and worth EVERY PENNY.....

Hampton Bays oasis

We had a wonderful one-week stay at this great. property. The house was fully stocked and beautifully decorated. Perfect for our extended family. Host was very communicative and easy going. Would definitely recommend.

A Serene Escape in the Hamptons - A Dream Stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming property in Hampton Bays, and I must say, it was an absolute dream stay! From the moment we arrived until the bittersweet moment we had to leave, our experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Upon booking, the communication with the property owner was seamless. They were responsive, accommodating, and provided all the necessary information to ensure a smooth check-in process. It's always reassuring to deal with such attentive hosts. The property itself was a true gem. Tucked away in a serene and picturesque corner of the Hamptons, it offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The interior design was tastefully done, creating an inviting and cozy atmosphere throughout. The well-equipped kitchen was a delight for any culinary enthusiast, and we enjoyed preparing our meals using fresh produce from local markets. The property is just a five minute drive to the beach and is a quick 10 min drive to local restaurants, one place our group loved was Cowfish and Rumba. What truly set this property apart was its outdoor space. The spacious patio featured a well-maintained garden with colorful blooms, and we spent many evenings lounging on the comfortable patio furniture, sipping local wine and enjoying the cool breeze. The highlight, however, was the pristine swimming pool, which provided a refreshing oasis under the sun. Would definitely book again!

Megan is a great host

Have you ever stayed at a property and wished it had a decent knife? More towels? Extra glassware? Yeah, me too. But Megan's house has it all - and more! Backups for her backups! The house is roomy and comfortable. We had up to 7 people staying and it was plenty big with 4 real bedrooms, and comfortable huge sofa, plenty of seating, and four bathrooms. The backyard was everyone's favorite part - the garden is gorgeous with fat hydrangeas everywhere you looked. And the house is ten mins from the best beaches in the Hamptons (and I've been to them all) and close to a great supermarket and every convenience you could ask for. Unlike many areas in the Hamptons, you'll never sit in traffic once you arrive. Megan was lovely to communicate with. I'd highly recommend her home and can't wait to visit again.

Has potential

We chose this rental because of the pool, location and the listing as a house that was “just finished building”. I have never written anything but positive reviews before, so this is difficult to write. Unfortunately, this is clearly a summer rental property, and has not been cared for during the summer. Communication beforehand was fine, but we arrived to find trash in the yard, candy wrappers under beds, broken screens, curtains rods falling off walls and mold on ceiling in bedroom. Maintenance has not been kept up. Owner did respond and offer to let us leave early, which we did not do as could not find another rental at such short notice, or a partial refund. There was no available property manager onsite (to be fair, this was due to an family emergency), and the handyman never showed up. Backyard and pool were nice. The closest beach was beautiful and great for the older kids. We mostly stayed outside. We really wanted to love the house, but would not stay again due to lack of maintenance.

Awesome location and host

The location and host could not be better. Just minutes to the beach and the pool is heavenly. House shows wear and tear from it being a rental, and it was not as clean as I would have liked it to be on our arrival. Counters were sticky, windows were dirty and the range hood needs a good scrub. The hosts were super attentive however, and when the toilet sprung a leak they had a plumber out within hours.

Lovely home and convenient to everything

Spacious and comfortable home with nice yard and pool, it is close to shopping as well as the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there. We found it very clean and with abundance of towels, etc. and well stocked kitchen. Owners are very helpful and easy to work with, responsive on messages, and provided detailed information in advance including local shopping and restaurant suggestions. Enjoy!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this beautiful home in Hampton Bays.

The location of the property was ideal, with a small quiet bay beach at the end of the road and just a short drive to the ocean beaches. The pool and backyard were wonderful for relaxing during the day with the kids. The house has a great layout for families and all of the amenities you could want. All in all it was a great week.

Pet friendly and a pool!

The house is beautiful and spacious. Wonderful backyard felt very private. We never left the garden and pool, butterflies galore! Fully fenced yard for the kids and dog. Everything was comfortable and user friendly. Owners are lovely and very responsive. Thanks for the wonderful stay!!

Best decision EVER for a house rental

Beautiful home. Well appointed. Had a wonderful time and very very peaceful. Spending time in the front or back of the house was so peaceful and serene. Wish we could have stayed longer. We only ate out twice the entire week because it was such an easy kitchen to cook in. Thanks to Larry and Megan.. BEST Owner Award for the year! Thanks again for making our experience a great one.

Amazing house in a great location

Stunning home that is spacious and inviting. Wonderful backyard for entertaining, very private. Pool is huge and refreshing. Bedrooms were very cozy, as was the couch! Loved sitting on the front porch at night and listening to "nothing". Very quiet. Easy and quick access to the beaches ( stunning). Thanks for the wonderful stay! Can't wait to rent this gem of a house again.

The perfect escape

Just spent two glorious weeks in Hampton Bays. The house is perfect. We never left the garden and pool. An ideal setting for a quiet get away. Owner was LOVELY and great to deal with. Very organized. Great location for all HAMPTONS and surrounding. I would recommend this property to everyone.

THE perfect house in the Hampton Bays!

We just got back from a wonderful weekend at your house and could not be any happier with our stay. From the wonderful decor, to the amazing pool and beautiful kitchen. This house had it all and then some. Everything was so comfortable and user friendly. All you had to do was kick back and relax.... We've been renting houses for years and this is hands down one of the best places we've stayed in. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Awesome Home, Excellent Location, Fabulous Owner

My family and I had a fabulous time in Hampton Bays. This area of the Hamptons is close to the beach & cute little town & my favorite the Tanger outlets. The owner of this home couldn't have been more accomodating. The home was so cozy and comfortable. The decor and open spaces really helped us to feel at home. Sitting on the wrap around porch in the white rocking chairs was relaxing at any time of the day. Cofffee in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon. We can't wait to rent this home again next Fourth of July!!!!

Why they chose this property

Hampton Bays is fabulous because everything you would need is right there, Starbucks, Panera, Macy's, food, great reasonable restaurants. (Next town over is Southampton,) the beach is pristine, and the house is worth it just to experience it. Fabulous flow for entertaining. Three sisters lived in this now renovated 100 year old house, , you still have a feel of history as the creative builder used things like pocket doors that he put on a metal trellis he found inside the drywall. The small width doors now serve as paneling throughout, original stairs. creative and fun.
