Perfect for 2 couples!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect place for two couples to stay in. Everything was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was perfect for our couple days in Denver. Would definitely recommend if you are mostly eating out. There was quite a bit of noise upstairs but nothing too bad.

Comfortable and clean

Nice and clean property but there was quite a bit of noise from the top floor. Fortunately we weren’t there for many hours of the day so it wasn’t too much of an issue. Also, info provided by the mgmt co wasn’t specific to the property. It mentioned leaving bedding above the washer/dryer but the property didn’t have any. Same with regards to a dishwasher and dirty dishes. However, we were very comfortable and enjoyed our long weekend-type stay!

Good for the Budget

As advertised. Great for two friends (or couples) to stay at as a touch down place while exploring Denver. If you're looking to set camp there the whole time and grill and cook, etc... not the place for you. If you're looking for a nice, quiet place from 9pm -9am with a bachelor style kitchen, it's for you.

Great little carriage house

We were very pleased with our choice in staying here. Visiting a relative for a week. Location is great, though would say it’s more in Jefferson Park area, but Sloans Lake is a quick drive away. Very safe neighborhood and very walkable. Beds are comfortable and nice linens and furniture. Will definitely stay there again.

Cute, clean, roomy apartment

Spent 3 nights here with my work partner while we adventured around Denver. Neighborhood is less walkable than I would have liked, but Ubers were quick to arrive and aside from one surge experience, reasonable. (Uber to the airport from here ran us $58). The apartment was clean with cute decor and comfy beds. We also loved sitting out on the patio for morning coffee and evening moon watches. Host was responsive and let us check in a little early. Would stay here again!

Coach house stay

Comfortable coach house, close to many Denver attractions. Off the alley near Federal and 26th. Has more amenities than are listed on VRBO site. There is A/C, and also a Microwave … both unlisted on description.

Nice place, odd stay

The property was very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable and the area was close to everything. The stay was a bit odd though as it is a converted back half of their property which is ok but it was very evident that the space around and room above was used by the property owner as some sort of workshop. There was constantly someone grabbing things from just outside our door as well as someone staying in the loft above. Wasn’t too bad although the ceiling was thin and could hear every movement and flush from upstairs, tough part was it would be until 1130 at night and very early in the morning and disrupted us a few times, as well as they were renovating a shed in the yard which was noisy. If you’re looking for your own quiet personal space this place is definitely not for you but it did the job for being in town for the week.

Great for short stay

The property was very nice for our short stay. The location was convenient to many activities and places to eat and shop. Kitchen had toaster oven and microwave as well as a fridge/freezer so dining out is a must for the majority of the meals.
