I have been a landlord for 30 years and have 12 units. I have just converted two of my rentals to Airbnb/VRBO/Furnished Finder homes. I collect art, so those two units have been furnished with lots of art and eclectic, stylish furnishings. All of my properties are in Historic Districts, so they are over 100 years old. These areas are highly sought after neighborhoods and are centrally located.
Why they chose this property
This property has been set up as an Executive Rental catering to business professionals, travel nurses, etc. Also, great for people moving to Texas and in transition to permanent housing or someone remodeling their home and need a place to stay during that time.
What makes this property unique
The property is located in a Historic District. You are centrally located and close to Lower Greenville, Deep Ellum, Knox Henderson, and Downtown Dallas. Dallas has lots of great restaurants and shopping. Also, arts, music and sports.
