House on Lake Sam Rayburn. Peaceful and Beautiful surroundings with spacious 3 story house with outdoor kitchen area. Fully furnished kitchen with electric stove and double oven. 8 seat dining table. Living room has 2 couches, 2 recliners, 1 chair. 3 porches. Fire pit. Wifi, No televisions.

Please take note: As of late 2023 through early 2024, the COE has lowered the lake levels to repair the dam, therefore the water level behind our house has been significantly diminished. The word is that in early spring, they should be finished and the water level should start to rise again.
