2 comfy queen beds with linens provided. 2 bathrooms with bathing essentials and bath towels. (Please note the bathroom in bedroom 1 has only a toilet and walk-in shower, no sink!)

Exactly what we needed

I needed a place where my two dogs and I could go stay for a few days while we were getting our floor refinished at home. This was ideal and exactly what we were looking for thank you for being a great host.

It was a nice little well kept house with a fenced yard

We checked into the nice clean home then finding out it had a heat problem that the host was unaware of, it was working in half the house but the bedrooms and dining room and bathrooms had no heat, the host tried to get a company out the next day between 8am-1pm but never showed by that time and after bringing the mattresses to the living room to be able to sleep on the floor the first night we thought it would be better to try to find other accommodation, the host was most understanding and said we would receive a full refund and apologized for our inconvenience. We received our money back from the host but Vrbo did not give us there percentage back I am not sure why that didn’t happen. Again very nice little clean home and furnace problems happen but it was 22 degrees out and to cold for us to stay longer I would recommend this home and host for others to stay when heat is working 😊

Great Place

We stayed here for U of M parents weekend. It was a quick 10-15 minute drive to campus. Liz was super responsive and the property fit the description listed. Beds were comfy and home very clean. Kitchen was limited. Would stay here again. Thanks Liz

Comfortable and convenient dog stay with a yard

My dog and I stayed for a couple nights. Dog enjoyed the access to the private yard, which makes a great difference for dog travels. While we weren’t at the property much of our stay, it was nice and quiet in what seemed like a safe neighborhood and a convenient driveway. Check-in was very easy and property was very clean and is convenient to highway access. Great communication with the property owner. Definitely on our list when we’re back in the area.

Short Visit

This accommodation was nice and satisfied our needs. It was clean and included what we needed. We knew upfront the second bathroom that is attached to a bedroom had no sink. This really needs to be remedied as it was a major inconvenience for us. There is also no plug in that bathroom for a hairdryer. Other than that our stay was really nice.

Very nice home

My parents and I traveled from Phoenix, AZ. We loved them home. It made a very comfortable stay for the four of us and my two tiny dogs for 5 nights. I will definitely stay again.

'Hockey stay '

Great newly remodeled and pet-friendly place!

We were needing a place to stay while attending doctor appointments at U of M Hospital, and this VRBO was so convenient! Very quiet, and a full fenced-in yard for our little doggies! Just an FYI, the master bedroom has a 2/3 bath (shower & toilet, no sink), and the shower has not been updated (unlike the full bath that was completely new). Water softeners and purifiers had been added to improve the bathing and drinking water (very helpful, as I lived in Whitmore Lake and ALL of the water smells like the lake!). The property owner was so kind and helpful, and responsive to my questions. A really pleasant week-long stay... I will definitely return!!

The property was very clean. I liked that it was all hard surface flooring. It could have used a ceiling light over the dining room table for the type of work I was doing but if you are not doing work there it is most likely not an issue. It had everything we needed and is well cared for.

Cozy & quiet

Comfy two bed room two bath house with a nice back yard on a quiet street. It was perfect for our weekend visit to Ann Arbor. Whitmore Lake was beautiful and we highly recommend the bowling alley. Everyone was so nice.

Family reunion

I rented to meet my daughter and her dog. It was a beautiful home, very clean with a spacious backyard our pet enjoyed. It was nice pets were welcome. Beds were comfortable and quiet surrounding area. I would recommend highly!

A Great Place to Stay

Liz's property was a great place to stay. A friend and I were in town for the Ann Arbor Folk Fest. It was a quick and easy drive into Ann Arbor. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. My dogs (and I) were grateful for the fenced in yard. It snowed while we were there and the snow was shoveled from the driveway and sidewalk. Liz was a great communicator. I will be in Ann Arbor again in May and I hope the property is open because I'd love to stay again.
