Palm Springs Vacation
We stayed in the condo from March 5 to April 8 and very much enjoyed our stay in Lauren's home. The condo is exactly as pictured- completely renovated with new kitchen appliances including an air fryer which we appreciated. The condo was spotless inside when we arrived. Both queen beds were comfortable and the air conditioning/heating system worked perfectly.
We enjoyed the front patio during our stay- perfect for a glass of wine in the evening. The condo is located right beside the swimming pool- the pool itself was not heated. The complex has 11 pools and the odd numbered ones (this pool is #9) are not heated in 2024 and in 2025, the even numbered pools will not be heated. The back patio includes a remote controlled awning which was much appreciated on a hot day. This patio is surrounded by a wall which offers complete privacy. Against the wall is a small garden which was in need of weeding. The barbecue is an older model but it works well and we used it frequently.
Lauren was prompt to respond to our initial enquiry to rent her home as well as when we arrived, providing us with the door code to enter the home. We were somewhat disappointed with a slow response for some questions that we had during our stay but they were minor issues.
The only feature missing that would earn the property an overall rating of 5 is a king bed in the master bedroom.
The location in Palm Springs is perfect and we would not hesitate to recommend this property.
