Nicely appointed 3 bedroom house located in Seneca SC near Clemson University.

3 bedroom house with 3 queen beds. Smart TVs in each bedroom. Bedrooms have black out curtains for those mornings you just need to sleep in and get re-charged. The home has a large open kitchen and living room space for relaxing and entertaining.
Enjoy the comfortable living room to watch tv and relax. The back porch has a grill for you to enjoy the back yard.
The house is close to Clemson University for football weekends or any event for the University. It is also only minutes from downtown Seneca.
All linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need. Appliances include coffee maker, air fryer, instantpot, toaster, and blender. All cooking utensils and dishes are provided.
Also available queen air mattress under bed in bedroom 1.

I loved this pet friendly home in Seneca! 10 minutes away from Clemson and about an hour away from Greenville! Property manager was very helpful to questions me and my friends had! Very lovely and quiet neighborhood. Definitely would stay at this property again!

Great stay.
We stayed here for a week for my son's Bass fishing tournament. It was a nice, quiet home in a nice neighborhood. We were able to park the boat right next to the house and felt safe and comfortable. The house was clean and well stocked.

Amazing Seneca Getaway!
Joel and his house are excellent. 10 minutes away from the university, quick communication, and very clean house. Easy 5 stars and would stay here again.

Great spot close to Clemson
Joel's place was perfect for us when we went for a Clemson football weekend. House had everything we needed and was less than 15 minutes to campus in game-day traffic. Host left a very much appreciated bottle of wine for us and a thoughtful bag of dog treats for our canine companion! We'd have no hesitation in booking the house again...
