Casa Verde Pool Paradise - Serene, Fun, Stunning Views

Come enjoy this beautifully designed mid-century pool home. This 3 BR/2 BA paradise provides a wonderful experience – from the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy comfortable bedrooms – each with a Smart TV. There's also an detached space with TV, desk, AC and couch that coverts to a comfy full bed. But, the spacious backyard is the star of the home, with lush hedges, a citrus "orchard" and palm trees providing both beauty & privacy. Enjoy the outdoor dining area, hammocks, poolside shower, comfy lounge chairs, and fire pit to gather around.

It's not just the house that is wonderful about our Casa Verde. The neighborhood, filled with classic Alexander Co. / Meiselman designed Mid-Century homes, is centrally located and near many of stores and restaurants. It's only a 20-minute walk (8 min bike/3 min car ride) from coffee shops and groceries. And, the other way, you're just a 10-min walk to Palm Springs's largest park, with Pickle Ball and Tennis courts! And there are bike paths everywhere.

The pool is heated for free.

It's not just the house that is wonderful about our Casa Verde. FROM OCT 1 - APR 1, POOL HEAT IS FREE - INCLUDED IN RATES. The pool is heated up to 82º. If you would like pool heat outside of these dates, there is an additional $50/day. These fees will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES & RULES:
Palm Springs City Rules & Regulations:
- No loud outdoor music that can be heard beyond the property.
- Quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
- Contract Renter must be 25+
- Host will meet you in person within 24 hours of check-in for a walk through of the amenities and rules.
- You will sign a Rental Agreement with the owners acknowledging the rules prior to checkin date and provide your ID to the hosts upon check-in.

Some House Policies:
- No smoking anywhere inside the property.
- Up to 2 dogs are allowed at a $100 fee (Sorry, no kitties).

Our own little Paradise

The property inside and out was amazing! This host has thought of EVERYTHING. All the extra touches were noticed and appreciated. The best part of the whole vacation was just staying at the house and enjoying the yard and pool. Host was super easy to communicate with. Would love to come back!

Absolutely phenomenal!!!!

I have stayed at many vacation rentals and Casa Verde is top notch! Clean, well stocked/equipped, and fantastic communication/hospitality from Linda. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The decor and attention to detail was remarkable. Great place for family or a friend getaway. Close to airport which was great after a long day of travel. Neighbourhood was safe, serene and a quick Uber/Lyft ride to trails, The Block, restaurants, shops etc. Highly recommend and hope to be lucky enough to return one day!

An absolute gem

This is one of the best vacation rentals I've stayed at, for so many reasons. The home is GORGEOUS, feels intentionally and soulfully designed and decorated, and the location is outstanding. At the end of the street is a huge open space with trails and views, and still just 5 min. or so from downtown. The home was stocked with everything we needed (and then some) and communication with the host was excellent. Our family will definitely be back - we'd love to make a stay at this home an annual tradition. Linda, thank you for everything!

Wonderful stay

We really couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. It's clear Linda takes great care of this property, and she couldn't have been more accommodating while we were there. Such a gorgeous outdoor space. The pool is heaven. Our pups absolutely loved running around the yard. The house is fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. Would come back and stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great mid century modern experience!

Had a wonderful 6 week stay in this great house. Inside and outside have a good vibe. Great location, can walk to the nature preserve 1 block away, and bikes provided! Beautiful kitchen, pool area, orange and grapefruit trees, really too much to list. 5 star review by us.
