Just 4 miles to Tahoe City, 1 mile north of Homewood Mountain Resort and Sugarpine Park, Meeks Bay Resort, Chambers Landing Beach & Bar a short distance to the south.
The cabin is 1620 sq ft with 1 bedroom, sleeping loft, trundle bed (2 twins) both living and family rooms 1 1/2 baths. Wood burning fireplace, gourmet kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances and large deck with Weber gas BBQ. Property is landscaped and fenced with lawn furniture for outside living enjoyment. Smoking not permitted on property. Pets not accepted. Please observe our occupancy limit of 5 including children.

Mike and Shelley purchased this rare parcel in long established and historical area in 1990 of Tahoe Pines lakeside to build their retirement home and completed the dream in 2000. Mike is a builder/excavation contractor and Shelley is Property manager for over 40 years.
