Sweet house, great location NEEDS BATHTUB FIXED and Mold Cleaned

This is a sweet house, great location to everything BUT, bathtub was Disgusting, excoriated dirt tub, mold on tiles and window inside the shower, wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. Dust on mirror shelves in bedrooms, candy and dust bunnies in living room corner, and “spot” on mattress cover I paid $120. Cleaning fee for this small home, yuck No response from owner, I hope they resurface and deep clean this home before listing again
