We enjoyed staying at this modern, updated, spacious home. It had everything you could want and need and more during our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked to make home cooked meals, the beds were cozy and comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious and clean.
It is centrally located and plenty of upscale and down home places to dine. There is also a friendly Walmart close by to get groceries.
It is a golf cart community, so please be mindful and look out for them. It’s not just the older folks either! There are some teenagers who tricked out their carts which was pretty awesome. That being said, the walking and running paths are beautiful for outings as well.
Our only complaint (minor really) was the door to get in (code issues). The host was responsive and a back up plan was already in place.
In our families opinion, you will enjoy your stay here!

Complete disappointment
Concept of home was nice but just poorly executed. Kitchen had bare minimums and were heavily used/low quality, with chipped plates. The countertop by the barstools reeked heavily of onions, so much so that we couldn’t sit in that area. Hot water gave out on my first shower after 5 minutes and the drain was backing up as I was in the shower. Upstairs bathroom plug for the bath didn’t function, letting the water drain while trying to take a bath. Was eventually able to get that fixed through the host which I appreciated and that may be the only positive. One of the bedrooms had large sheets of paint peeling off the walls. The host told us it would be decorated for Christmas, which was the main reason we selected it, but I think our definition of “decorated” is significantly different. There was a fake poinsettia out front and then a lopsided Christmas tree barely balanced on 2 of the 4 supports at the base. I was nervous it was going to fall on one of us. The tree’s lights were clumped mostly in the middle and top. No decorations anywhere on the tree or in the home. It was truly disappointing. The furniture was very uncomfortable and difficult to relax on. Seemed like a lot of DIY and modern concepts gone wrong throughout the house. Overall I couldn’t wait to go back home which is the opposite of what I was looking and hoping for.
