Bad experience

The house was very nice didn’t like how the property manager would non stop call and stop by to do a walkthrough would not recommend staying here . I travel a lot for work and stay in homes all the time . And the manager made this home a bad experience.

Absolutely perfect

This place is perfect. Super spacious both inside and outside. The sliding glass wall/doors were so amazing and gave a wonderful feeling of openness. Everything was clean and in great shape. Quality furnishings in every room as well as the furniture in the lanai and under the tiki hut. I have nothing negative to say about this house and will for sure be booking it again. Publix 3 miles away. Ft. Myers Beach 25 miles. RSW airport 30 miles.

Perfect getaway

This home is absolutely beautiful and perfectly stocked with everything you could need for a romantic getaway or a family trip. The back patio and pool area have everything you would need for relaxing around the pool—including a lovely hot tub and relaxing porch swing. The house management team was so easy to work with and answered all questions promptly. We came to disconnect from our hectic work schedules and relax, and this dream rental property helped us do that perfectly. We look forward to return trips to this lovely home.

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood

My husband and I loved our stay at this house, it's beautifully appointed and very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed swimming in the heated pool and the spa was lovely. This house is located in a very quiet neighborhood yet it remains a short drive to dining and shopping. The property managers Jason and Dennis were very friendly and communicative, they really made sure that we had a great stay with no issues.

Beautiful NW Cape Home on Canal

House was beautiful and had everything you would need except shampoo and body wash. Hosts asked us to allow cleaner to come in early which was an odd request which we accommodated. They were kind enough to leave a variety of coffee and danish. They wanted to stop by to show us how to work lights and pool heater. Lights were easy enough to figure out. We didn't have time to use the pool and documentation they left covered that anyway. We were asked in documentation to start washing the towels before we left. Then they stopped by to do a walk thru just before our departure. That felt a tad uncomfortable; not quite sure what they were looking for. I've stayed at many VRBOs and Home Aways before, even some with the owner on the property and never had to wait while a walk thru was preformed before I could leave. If that kind of thing wouldn't bother you, go for it.
