All the details were accounted for down to extra bathroom amenities. We all felt very comfortable here. Kitchen was very stocked for anyone wanting to cook. Thanks!
We come from a big family and when we get together for the Holidays we need extra room when visiting my in-laws in GJ. The house is the perfect place to stay. Super clean, convenient location and super cozy! They provide everything you need! We will definitely book this house again when visiting GJ.
Very comfortable house with lots of room. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The house is a short drive to Grand Junction, Palisade, or the Redlands, great spot for whatever you want to do in the area. They provided lots of extra travel essentials if you forgot anything.
Nice home and very clean. Nice patio and loved to see horses in backyard neighbor property. Quiet neighborhood and great communication. We would definitely seek out this property again when visiting our daughter at CMU. Only discrepancy was Hot tub was listed but not present.
Had a great stay biking and hiking in the area. The property is well kept and in good striking range for all sorts of activities. Great communication from the property manager.
The house was clean ans well equipped, . there were even baskets of toiletry items in case we forgot something in the bathrooms. The fireplace would not turn on, and that was a bit of a disappointment. The jets in the jetted tub were spitting out gunk. Otherwise everything was clean and comfortable comfortable
Great Location! Was very close to family. Also, we had left some items behind, and Debby was more than helpful in making sure the items were able to be picked up!
Thank you for sharing your home with us, all cousins arriving from MO and SD. The home was cozy and welcoming and we had a nice gathering after the celebration. The grape jam was excellent as well!
One item needs attention, the upstairs bathroom shower. 95% of the water does not flow up to the shower head, it comes out at the faucet. Therefore, leaves the shower with a bit of water and not really a shower effect. So, we showered in the main bathroom.
Thank you!
The house was great for three couples. Everything was as advertised by the owner. The owner was timely in providing access instructions and was easy to communicate with. Will definitely consider this if we come to the area again.
Traveled to GJ to attend my daughter’s college graduation.
House was as advertised. Plenty of room to sleep and relax. Great selection of games, movies, puzzles, cards, etc. No issues with neighbors but we spent most of our time on campus or downtown Grand Junction.
As a group of 8 the home fit us perfectly. The location of the home was good being that access to Riverside Parkway was a few minutes away and the neighborhood was nice. Access to the home was convenient with the code and no need for a key. The owner was responsive and easy to contact.
Attention to detail was lacking in the cleanliness of the home. Microwave, stove, toaster were all dirty.. Down stairs bathroom clearly had been used by males.
House is a great size for our group. Bedrooms were very roomy. The 3 bedrooms, four large beds and especially 3 bathrooms was great for 4 women traveling together.
We reserved the property for seven people. There were 6 bath towels in the whole house. No washcloths. Only 5 people were able to stay. When we asked for more towels for the second night, two towels were delivered. The temperature in the upstairs room with 2 queen beds when we arrived was 86 degrees. We tried to lower the thermostat but each time the heat would come back on the climb to the 80's. Very uncomfortable for sleeping.
Very disappointed.
The house was exactly as expected. Very beautiful with a Mountain View in the back yard.
Neighbors surrounding the entire house. Felt like we were being watched constantly. I contacted the owner ahead of time to make sure my adult children could smoke in the back yard before booking and she confirmed that outside was ok as long as we cleaned up any trace of the cigarettes.(which we did). The neighbor contacted her about us smoking. We then received a message from the owner stating they had sent her a message about smoking and she just reiterated the fact that no smoking was allowed in the house, which we didn’t and never would disrespect someone’s wishes of course.
The owner was very polite about it when she contacted us and when I contacted her back. She was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. We enjoyed our stay very much aside from feeling watched by the neighbors. I would recommend this place and stay again for sure.
Beautiful home in great location for western Colorado adventures
We stayed at this home over New Years Eve because it's perfectly located for day trips to Colorado National Monument, Palisade, etc. The home is in a subdivision less than 10 minutes from downtown, so it's a great location for exploring GJ without the hustle of downtown (which is relatively low anyway, but still).
The home is beautiful with a spacious living/kitchen/dining area. You have access to a guest bedroom (with its own bathroom) and I love that the guest area is separated from the master suite by the living room (meaning we could put our baby's pack-and-play in the guest bedroom and not worry about waking him). The master suite is very big and the jacuzzi tub in the master bath was a highlight for sure. If you're going in better weather, the back yard is spacious with beautiful views, and we were pleasantly surprised to see that there's a farm that connects with a few friendly horses running around!
Finally, although we didn't need to communicate often, the host was very quick to respond and made the check in and check out process very simple. She was also very gracious in helping us retrieve some items we left in a closet, which I very much appreciate. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it for anyone looking to check out the western slope!
Beautiful well stocked, maintained home lots of extra amenities
