We want to respect our neighbors. Quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced—no speakers or sound systems on our property. Violation of noise ordinances will be subject to fines reaching up to $10,000 per violation. We've equipped this home with a NoiseAware sensor to ensure you have a wonderful stay. It monitors noise, occupancy, and temperature. NoiseAware is camera free and 100% privacy-safe.
Events or parties are not allowed. Any parties or events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed.
We want you to have the best time and feel safe when illness and covid are high. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect ALL surfaces between reservations.
Walkable and beach-cruiser-able area of Oceanside, this house is in perfect proximity to all the trendy new places to eat and only .5 miles from the beach. Explore the many restaurants and bars along Pacific Coast Highway, or head a mile north to the heart of the downtown village area. Oceanside offers the perfect mix of local dive bars and trendy new restaurants and breweries. Whether you’re watching the gorgeous sunsets at one of the beach fire pits, or strolling the Thursday Farmers Market - Oceanside has something for you.
Guests have private access to the entire unit as well as free high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs in the living and primary room + Apple TV and projector in the playroom upstairs, free garage parking (1 spot), three office workspaces, full use of your own washing machine and dryer. Outside, guests have access to the private rooftop, balcony, and outdoor shower. Our place is stacked with cards and board games which can be found in the kitchen pantry.
Once you book with us we will send you instructions to access the unit. Our property uses timed electronics locks for the front door and garage. You will be sent the directions and codes for access before your arrival.
HOUSE RULES:
• No Smoking of ANY KIND in the house
• No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays
• No Extra/ Overnight Guests. (Have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn’t match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
• No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged with me ahead of time)
• No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture. (unless otherwise specified)
• No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, AppleTVs, etc.
• No Pre-Check in Bag Storage. (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)
• No Pets allowed
• No Disrespecting/ disturbing neighbors.
• No parking anywhere other than the assigned spaces we show you.
• No loud noise or music past 9 PM.

Continue from the rooftop directly into our entertainment room/office space. With lounge furniture and a projector, it’s ideal for movie nights or Sunday football BBQs. In this room, there’s a pullout couch and twin bed for additional sleeping space.
The kitchen is stocked with high quality appliances and everything you’d need to cook. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each shower. We don’t want you to have to bring anything but clothes and food, so you can pack minimally and let us handle the rest.

Outdoor dining table with 6 chairs and additional seating area with cushions for 6 more guests. Also includes two outdoor sofa seating areas near the BBQ. There are string lights above to dine under twinkling lights while enjoying a fantastic sunset.

1 spot in a secure garage with keypad access.

We offer a 1 car parking garage available behind the house that you enter through the back alleyway. Our house is also walkable and bike-able to many restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby. Buses, taxis and Uber are also readily available.
