Overall very good A lil problems with A/C But was resolved quickly At dead end road with Easy / safe walking for exercise Close to great restaurant Twisted Fork For auto / cycle decor Would recommend Thanks G & M
What a cute little house! Finishes were very nice and such a creative use of space. The large screened in area was a plus! Owners were very responsive! If this property is available in the future we will definitely be repeat customers.
This property was perfect for our needs. My fiance and I enjoyed the property to its fullest. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area. The landlord was very nice and accommodating.
The boat house is very clean, with a modern kitchen and very comfortable bed. It is close to quaint bars and a good golf course.

About the host
Hosted by Randy Miller
Me, Pilot Miller, a retired crop duster pilot, Barbie is a retired Emergency Room Nurse. We built our boat house so we could escape the Michigan Winter, where we have an 80 acre farm including fishing, hunting, hiking, primitive camping in the woods, fruit and vegetable gardens, special herb garden, and Amish neighbors. We have plans to spend more time on our sailboat so we decided to let others enjoy our simple piece of paradise while we aren't using it.
Why they chose this property
Affordable waterfront living, deep water canal for sailboats, no bridges to the Gulf of Mexico.
