Passed over by hurricane Ian, Helene, and Milton, no damage, high and dry. A quiet, dead end street within a bird sanctuary. Bicycles and kayaks welcome, ask about your fishing boat. Tampa Bay Rays Baseball Spring Training 2 1/2 mile bike ride away. El Jobean fishing pier, a boat ramp, The Bean Cafe, Shipwreck Saloon, and the Big Bamboo also just a bike ride away. 20 minute drive to a nice beach. Our affordable piece of paradise to enjoy Eternal Sunshine. 420 friendly.

Me, Pilot Miller, a retired crop duster pilot, Barbie is a retired Emergency Room Nurse. We built our boat house so we could escape the Michigan Winter, where we have an 80 acre farm including fishing, hunting, hiking, primitive camping in the woods, fruit and vegetable gardens, special herb garden, and Amish neighbors. We have plans to spend more time on our sailboat so we decided to let others enjoy our simple piece of paradise while we aren't using it.

What makes this property unique
Located within a bird sanctuary, there is plenty of wildlife about. Seen from our front porch includes: bobcat, wild hogs, rattle snakes, dolphin, manatee, alligators, pink flamingo, stork, osprey, etc, Birds abound here, the other wildlife mentioned are occasional sighting. A short bike ride to fishing pier, food, convenience store, and places to get an adult beverage.
