KITCHEN: Guests are welcome to make use of the kitchen to cook and store food in the fridge. Kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, mugs, utensils, pots, pans, and other miscellaneous cooking tools. Coffee machine with complimentary coffee (regular, flavored, decaf) sugar, provided for guests.
LIVING ROOM AREA: Living room has a 3rd ROKU Smart TV with plenty of seating comfy couch and a large chair. A nice Dining Table also doubles as an excellent workstation and has seating for 6 people. In addition, there are (2) sofa beds in the living area

We are SD HOSPITALITY GROUP and have been operating a portfolio of buildings in Downtown San Diego for the last (7) years having hosted over 15k guests from around the world as SUPERHOSTS.
During the Covid Shutdown of 2020 - our group was selected to work in partnership with the County of San Diego to provide temp housing for First Responders during the crisis.
We are originally from San Diego and love to share everything about San Diego that includes: great food, the water, sunsets, rooftops, and fun activities within 5-25 mins of our buildings.
