Keep it simple at this peaceful place near everything. Only 4 minutes from Four Seasons Mall & Koury Convention Center, 3 minutes from Hwy40 & I85, 8-10 minutes from Greensboro Coliseum, Wet & Wild Emerald Point, and Downtown Greensboro and near restaurants.
Cute and cozy, sleeps 4. One queen size bed in bedroom and one 18” queen size air mattress for the living room area. Recycling leather chairs. Cable in both rooms and high speed internet. Extra bedding, towels, & wash cloths. NO SMOKING 🚭
The space
This cute and cozy apartment was built in 1989, but has new carpet, paint, new hardwood floors in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry/closet area, along with a new stove. Leather recycling chairs in the living room. This apartment is a 1 bedroom which is recommended for 2 but can sleep 4.
Guest access
You’ll have access to the entire apartment without it being shared by others.
Other things to note
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm EST. but in some cases if the place was booked a day prior to you checking in, might delay check-in time up to 2 hours max. The apartment will have to be cleaned thoroughly. So it’s best to message and ask the day of, if there will be a delay. On some days I will allow guest to check-in prior to 4:00 pm without an additional charge. If you have to check in late due to a delay, then you can check-out up to 2 hours late.
