-Beautiful, refurbished dining room table with four chairs & place-settings.
-Functional kitchen with gas stove, coffee station, quality pots & pans, blender, etc.
-Two full baths: one upstairs with a big, lovely tub and handheld showerhead; one in the finished basement with a pristine walk in shower and beautifully crafted vanity.
-Two bedrooms, each with a dresser and ample closet space: one bedroom with comfortable queen bed, adjacent to the upstairs bath; one bedroom with a cozy full bed & 44 inch smart TV, adjacent to the kitchen and steps to the basement.
-Stone tile basement steps; vaulted stairwell with stunning woodwork and skylight.
-Office in basement with full-sized working treadmill & operational radio cabinet.
-Generous laundry area with a washer, two dryers, drying rack, ironing station, folding table, and complementary detergent.
-Very private, fully fenced backyard with outdoor table + four chairs.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have access to the entire home + backyard. There is one locked room in the basement where we store supplies.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The fir floors in the kitchen and both bedrooms are easily damaged. Please do not roll luggage over them. Luggage trays available in both bedroom closets.
**IMPORTANT** Lyft sends drivers to an incorrect address that’s over a mile away from our property. We’ve never had an issue with Uber. If you plan to use Lyft, please reach out to Katherine for specific instructions.
