Yes, It's Gorgeous

The beds were comfortable. The "cook's stove" was outstanding. Very clean, lovely uncluttered decorations. Our two small dogs enjoyed the fenced backyard. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The owner lives nearby and was quick to solve any problems, like the internet that quit responding. The front yard is beautiful with roses, bougainvillea, and cactus plantings. The back yard has citrus trees and more flowers. We didnt want to go back home. There was plenty of room for visiting family and grandchildren. This home is a peaceful desert haven, abour 20 minutes from downtown Palm Springs.

Cool Home, Warm Location:)

Many good things to note about this rental, however, I enjoyed the kitchen most of all. As a chef, we don't eat out very often and that Stove Top is one of the best I've ever used. You name it, I probably cooked it while we enjoyed our month in Mission Lakes. Beyond that, the beds were comfy, we didn't even notice the heat because the house stays so cool and the grassy yard was perfect for our dog. We walked the neighborhood every morning at 5:30am and got to know several other neighbors out trying to beat the heat for their beloved pets too. The pool is super close and even though it got full some days, we were always able to find a quiet time after work. For us the location was perfect, only 10 minutes from my work. Best grocery store options are in Palm Desert if you are as picky as me, but its not too far and we planned our outings accordingly. Always glad to pull up to our home away from home and start cooking again.
