-You will enjoy a newly renovated primary suite that encompasses the entire second

- You will be able to cook up your favorite meals in our fully stocked kitchen with NEW GE CAFE kitchen appliances. Or fire up the propane grill.
- You and our guests will be among the first to experience our newly renovated, artful downstairs bath.
-You will bask on comfortable outdoor seating on two ocean front decks.
-You will be just a short drive away to historic St. Augustine, shopping, fine dining, kayaking, sight seeing, horsedrawn carriage rides, golf and more.

Early check-in and late check-out are available for $75/hour or partial hour. The money is so the cleaning crew can double up and get your vacation home ready in time.

Wonderful Beach Location

Great family vacation time, beachfront and deck so enjoyable! Wonderful kitchen for cooking and great restaurants all around the area. We had a great time!

Nice little beach house

The house is nice and was very clean, except for the dishwasher. It has what looks like calcium stains, that cannot be washed off. It makes the dishwasher look very dirty. The yard needs to be cleaned up and big weeds removed. The upstairs shower has very little pressure.

Ocean Front..steps to the ocean. House was large , beds very comfortable.. nicely decorated, host answered any questions we had. Would definitely rent this house again.

Vacation

We were visiting family for a high school graduation and decided to make it a vacation. Beautiful sunrise view from the deck! Beautiful area and close to all the activities in St Augustine! So much history to explore! Sure hated to leave our family and the beautiful weather to go back to the Texas heat! Thanks Page! I highly recommend!!

Beautiful Home & Breath taking location!!

Our stay here was nothing short of amazing! We arrived to a very clean, welcoming beautiful home. The house was gorgeous and had everything you need for an amazing trip! The host was in communication through our entire trip. She is very sweet and certainly made sure we had everything we needed, had awesome suggestions for restaurants in the area and just made sure our trip was fabulous! The house, the view and the beach just foot steps away was truly incredible in this home. We most certainly will be back to visit!!! Thank you for an amazing home to enjoy our trip!!

Great Beach House!

I chose this house to celebrate my 40th birthday with a few of my girlfriends and it did not disappoint! We loved being right on the beach, and even though the weather didn't cooperate we still had a wonderful time. The house was clean (except for the floors being a tad sandy) and well-stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen supplies, plus the beds were very comfortable! The best part of the house though is the large patio where you can just sit and listen to the waves. Paige was very communicative and even emailed me some options of activities to do on rainy days in St. Augustine, which she didn't have to do. I definitely recommend this house for a nice, quiet, beach weekend.

Amazing location!

The location was amazing! Beach is beautiful and easy access to St. Augustine as well as Jacksonville. House was ok. It seems to be in various stages of remodel. Master has two beds which is good for larger groups but a little strange for a couple. Bathroom is remodeled but in need of paint. In general in need of lots of cosmetic updates to be what we expected. Everything was true to pictures just older in person vs pictures. The owners were very responsive with needs and actually came over twice as well as brought a bottle of wine by. Overall was a great experience and would rent again once the property completes the renovations.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this house with its sweeping Ocean views from almost every room in the house. The upstairs suite is ethereal. You can't help releasing a sigh and decompressing upon entering the vast upstairs completely dedicated to the main suite. It is set up like an upscale hotel with two queen beds. The downstairs has two cozy bedrooms. The back bedroom has french doors with direct deck access and the ocean beyond.

What makes this property unique

We have a sandy backyard to bring the beach all the way up to our back deck. So you can sit in the sand in the backyard. Or take our stairs down to the beach and dip your toes in the water.
