Mostly, our stay was great! The condo itself was beautiful and clean. Bed was a little too firm for our liking and the half and half pods were on the counter and had spoiled. People had set trash by elevators in lobby, which sat there all weekend. Also trash on 3rd floor by elevator, bags full. There was a loud party happening by pool Saturday night which kept us awake. The host was not responsible for these last complaints, of course. We would probably stay here again.
Our stay was great! Place was clean and quiet, blankets were cozy, bed was comfortable. We were unable to get in with code provided but Brenda was there in 5 minutes to help us out. It did not impact our stay and once inside, entry and exit was smooth. I would recommend blackout curtains for the bedroom as there is a street light right outside the window, if that's something that might bother you. We will definitely return should we find ourselves staying in Fishers again!
The apartment was perfect for my stay in Fishers. Everything was close by convenient. The apartment was relatively well stocked, the things that were missing I generally pack with me anyway. The place was comfortable and clean. However, there was a major snafu trying to actually get into the apartment. The apartment that I was assigned to, was locked. Took over 2 hours to get someone to unlock (I was instructed to wait in my car, the code to enter the building is a 1 time use. So everytime I was instructed to go in and try the door, I would have to then wait to get a new keycode.). When my assigned apartment was unlocked....discovered someone was alreay occupying it. Fortunately, the one next door was available AND unlocked. Other than the check in (which made me miss a pre-arranged dinner I had already paid for) which was not a pleasant experience; I would give the location a 5 star review.
The unit I stayed in was very clean but the common areas are dirty (hallways and elevators). Parking was difficult. I had to park across the street most of the time. Also after Labor Day the pool and putting green close down so I paid the same amount for the unit and had a third of the amenities I had the first time I stayed.
The location was great. We could walk to the bar next door which had good food. A short drive to a coffee shop. The apartment itself was clean, decorated well, very modern. The bed was comfortable. I'd definitely stay again.
The unit I stayed in was exceptionally clean which I appreciated; however, some of the common areas like the hallways and elevators were not so clean and parking can be tricky. The bed was comfortable and there is a full kitchen and laundry. It would be great for a long term stay or short but it books very quickly for obvious reasons so I was not able to book all the days in a row that I needed. I checked in had to check out for the weekend and then check back in.
We’re former Fishers residents and returned for a month to catch up with family and friends. The complex is located near downtown Fishers, a walking trail and several other easy to access places. There’s a fantastic restaurant across the parking lot (King Jugg) where we ate several times. We were given two parking passes and always had a space to park our vehicle.
The apartment looked and smelled clean. It was decorated well and both my husband and I said the bed was the most comfortable bed we’d ever slept in. The bedding was very nice too. The unit was cool and overlooked the pool and had a balcony too. The overall layout of the place was perfect. We felt right at home and loved all that our host provided for us. There was a nice tv, great WiFi, and many cooking utensils for making meals. It was priced fairly too. We communicated via text with our host who responded professionally and promptly. The residents seemed to be well mannered and friendly and the complex employees were very nice too. It was an excellent place to live in this summer!
We were in town for a wedding. Love this unit. Clean, secure, new & beautiful plus a gorgeous pool area, excellent communication from owner. Highly recommend! We will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area!
The apartment was exactly as described. Very clean. Supplies in the apartment were plentiful and very clean. Bed is very comfortable. Roomy cabinets and space for organizing clothes. I definitely recommend this place.
Such a beautiful place inside and outside. Friendly neighbors even though we were there for a short time! We were in town for a soccer tournament and wanted a break from hotels, after this experience we may no longer use hotels!
Towels were not soft, toilet paper was awful, the chairs at the kitchen table and bar are no where near comortable! The coffee maker is less than desirable, drips and drips after coffee is made. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom sink has no pressure. The storage space is good and the stackables are an upgrade and fine. Plenty of hangars.
We rented for over a week and had only minor issues which were taken care of immediately! Brenda was quick to respond and get things resolved. Definitely our best experience yet with a Vrbo. Would recommend to anyone.
Thanks 😊
Our stay was fantastic. Brenda was very responsive and once we figured out how to navigate the high tech entry system we breezed in and out to Main Street Fishers via the Nickel Plate Trail, which is directly accessible. The apartment was stocked with everything we could possibly need- coffee, sugar, creamer, toiletries, and a variety of cookware, bakeware and small appliances. Everything was brand new and in excellent condition. The shower drain was slow and that was annoying but Brenda was quick to respond to my concern and very apologetic. I would stay here again and recommend it highly.
