Enjoy downhill skiing at Winter Park Resort or cross/backcountry skiing right out your front door in snowy months. In warmer weather, hit the expansive mountain bike/hiking trails adjacent to the property. Shopping and dining in the central hub of Winter Park is a year-round sport.

Outside, start your day on the large, wraparound deck with amazing mountain views. Inside, the 5,200-square-foot space features hardwood floors, high ceilings, and comfortable furnishings. Abundant windows bring in lots of natural light and offer incredible views of Parry Peak and the Continental Divide from nearly every room. The main living space features an open plan, ideal for gathering with family and friends. The chef will love the spacious kitchen, which boasts granite countertops, plentiful hardwood cabinetry, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including two dishwashers, for easy cleanup. Grab a bite at the adjacent table, or keep it casual at the pine-wood countertop bar.

When you return from the day's adventures, you'll have your pick of entertainment options. Let the kids play in the game room downstairs, featuring a vintage arcade machine and foosball table, while the adults watch the game on the main floor's living room TV, courtesy of the free cable. Light the gas fireplace to warm up after a day of trekking through the snow, then head upstairs to check emails in the third-floor loft office area. Keep dinner prep simple with the gas grill on the deck.

The separate cabin-style suite includes a kitchenette featuring a mini-fridge, coffeemaker, microwave, and dishwasher. No matter what time of year you visit, there's no doubt the entire group will have an amazing time at this stunning retreat - all that's left to do is book it!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
