Why they chose this property
This newly renovated pool home is the perfect getaway destination that is centrally located in Seminole, FL and gives vintage Florida vibes with its furniture and decor. This home is a few minute drive to the beautiful Gulf beaches, and about 20 minutes to Clearwater Beach or Johns Pass. It is located close to grocery stores, shopping malls, movie theaters, restaurants and bars, and a 2 hour drive to Orlando and theme parks (Disney, Universal, etc.). This home is located 45 minutes from Downtown St. Petersburg and Tampa Airport (TIA), and 1 hour from Busch Gardens and Adventure Island theme parks.
What makes this property unique
This home has been completely renovated and includes a Large Bonus room in the garage, that also has a Washer and Dryer. You will love relaxing out by the private, heated pool in the large screened Pool patio area. Stay close to the beach with the luxuries of home!
