Grand Panama is one of the newest and most upscale resorts in Panama City Beach. It has all of the best amenities, including two massive pools (one seasonally heated), two hot tubs, on-site fitness center, and 2 tiki bars with food and drinks right at your fingertips.
Our unit, 404, is located in tower 2 on the 4th floor. Easy access to the walkover and elevator down to the boardwalk leading to the white sugary sands of the beach.
It features 2 bedrooms, with double hall bunks and easily sleeps 8.
Indulge your inner chef in the updated kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a nice breakfast, lunch or dinner on the balcony. Additional perks:

Wonderful stay!

Really enjoyed our stay! The view is amazing! Condo was clean and beautifully decorated and beds all comfortable! No problems with a short walk over to the beach. Great amenities including cafe and coffee shop downstairs and tiki bar with food and drinks. Thanks for a comfortable stay!

High school spring break with my children

So I brought my kids to stay at this property for high school spring break. A great location because it’s just a mile west of the craziness of spring break teenagers. the property is absolutely gorgeous. It is well decorated. It has all of the amenities you would need. The property administrator was very accommodating always answered on the first call or texted right back not that I needed her very much, but she was very available. I would highly recommend this property for your stay. It’s a great location and very comfortable.

Beautiful propwrty

This was our first stay and it was great. The property was clean and parking was plentiful. Bring dishwashing soap, laundry soap, and everything else. No consumables are provided which is fine. Just be prepared to bring or purchase those things. Coffee pot uses round filters or can use pods. We really enjoyed stsying here.

Beautiful unit

I would give 5 stars in every thing with 1 exception. We saw some bugs and when arriving the bathrooms were not clean. Other than these minor things that I feel isn’t of fault to the owner, it was an exceptional unit and stay! It’s beautifully decorated and very supplied to make you feel at home. Wonderful views and easy access to the beach.

Great Condo with a great view

The family and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very spacious. We especially liked the minutes walk to the beach, souvenir shops, convenience stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Mccormick Vacay

We had a wonderful time. Your place is everything we were looking for and more. Nice and clean. We enjoyed even staying in due to the storms. Cooked a few nights and you had everything we needed. All nice new appliances were really appreciated. Enjoyed watching the big screen TVs from the comfortable beds. Once the weather cooperated and we were able to go outside the beach was beautiful. Pool by the beach was always crowded but the one in tower two was amazing. Nightly views were enjoyed from your patio porch. Which reminds me, one rocker has a broken arm. My husband tried to repair but I believe it is beyond repair. The staff were friendly and the grounds were well kept and maintained. Over all, our time was wonderful. Cannot complain about one thing. Beautiful home, nice and clean, with a homey touch !!! Definitely a vacation I could repeat. Thanks so much for sharing your home.

The Perfect Getaway

I have nothing but positive reviews for this property. I’ve rented many homes in Florida for my family and I. This is number one. The home felt so cozy, smelled wonderful and the attention to detail is chefs kiss. We felt so at home that we spent our whole trip on the balcony enjoying the view and walking to the beach every day. The smell of the ocean every morning as we ate breakfast was amazing. Host made sure we didn’t need a single thing to make our stay comfortable. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful beaches, but a little dull.

We were there for three months starting in January. Well located property with a partial beach view. DeAnn, the property manager, was beyond excellent. Our water heater developed a leak during our stay and she had it completely replaced within 24 hours. She was very attentive to our every need. Pros - stunningly beautiful beach. All along the entire coast. Condo is very clean and well maintained. Excellent host. Cons - Rather cool in winter months so not a lot to do there then aside from bars and shopping. Condo was on the small side. Felt a bit cramped. Many attractions and restaurants don’t open till late spring or summer. Definitely has an “off season” vibe. The Spring Break season may not appeal to some of the retired folks, such as ourselves.
