Welcome to the best location in West Los Angeles! On the border with Marina Del Rey, you will be staying in your own private house on a quiet residential street filled with tree lines. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

The house will be all your own with access to a private fully fenced back yard lounge area.

Featuring dedicated hi-speed WiFi, smart TV, full kitchen facilities, A/C, Cal King size bed in bedroom #1 and Queen size bed in bedroom #2.

Airy, filled with light and windows, featuring skylight windows in the living room and bathroom.

NO PARTIES are allowed on the property.
Please respect our neighbors and keep your noise at a reasonable level.

NO SMOKING.
No smoking/vaping allowed inside. If you smoke or vape inside you will be charged a $300 fine.

NO PETS.

PRIVACY & SECURITY. The Guest House is quiet and secure, with a separate entrance, dual estate gates, digital locks, and tall ficus trees and tall redwood fences to assure privacy.

For your safety and our peace of mind we have security cameras on the property (only outdoor and facing the fence). It is video and voice recording. We are not monitoring it.

To keep our garden maintained, the gardener comes at 8am every Wednesday and cleans everything around 30 minutes.
