This is such a special place! Truly a unique, quiet and peaceful place to get away from cell phone service and reconnect with your loved one. The hosts are absolutely incredible! Very helpful and kind. Stunning scenery and lots of wildlife! The porch is perfect for a slow morning to sip coffee and listen to the breeze move through the trees as you rock on the rocking chairs. We cannot wait to go back!

We stayed here for one night. It was quaint, quiet and clean. We would stay again given the opportunity.
You definitely want to stay more than one night at this gem! What a great find! Peaceful, quiet and beautiful location. I will recommend this spot to friends.
My husband and I loved this cute little cabin. It was small but still very comfortable for 2 people. It was clean and quaint. It’s in a great location not far from town.
The cabin was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. The cabin is near a road but the traffic isn’t bad. There is no access to the river.
Spending time at this cabin was so pleasant! There's a rocking chair on the porch and a swing pretty close to the cabin that are great places to read or have a chat (there are actually TWO rocking chairs on the porch!) and inside there is plenty of light (as compared to some motel rooms, which can be dark and dreary) - Plus it's affordable!

Beautiful Peaceful Place!
We really enjoyed this place and the staff was a pleasure to deal with.
The cabin was comfortable. The hosts were very
accomodating. the grounds are pleasant. It is about 12 miles from the town of Salmon. We didn't realize that but it
is a nice drive The cabin could use an open shelf in the kitchen for food items and a mirror in the bathroom.

Very quaint and comfortable. Thank you for such a clean and enjoyable experience!
Clean, comfortable cabin, recently remodeled, with a private little front deck and good scenery. Host communication was excellent. Bed was a little too soft for my taste so wife slept in it and I slept on the sleeper sofa which was comfortable. Cabin is near river but does not have walking access to river without walking the highway. Would definitely stay here again.
Loved this place! Cute, clean, the air conditioning works GREAT for the space which was essential during our stay. It is a little ways out of Salmon proper, but my only real suggestion is find a way to make the light on the A/C not so bright. It was like having a blue light on all night😂
Owner was great! Property was nice but needs better dresser. VRBO listing stated 2 bedrooms, which was not correct & had a negative impact on our trip.
We walked in and it was warm and so very clean. Exactly what we needed for a 4 day get away. We hope to return in the summer. Thank you so very much!

There are several cabins on this property. We stayed in a log cabin that was absolutely adorable. The online photos can't really do it justice. Highly recommend!

Cabin was very nice. 1/2 of a duplex cabin. Was very quiet, bed was comfortable. Very clean. I wish I could have stayed more than 1 night. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.
Lovely cabin. Beautiful setting. Thoughtfully and comfortably furnished. Directions and check in laid out in email were easy and painless. Plenty of room to walk our dog and admire the neighbors horses. No phone signal anywhere in area but plenty of wifi on the property.
Beautiful log cabin feel. Easy check in and out. We were disappointed in the level of cleanliness. The floors and trim needed a more thorough cleaning. Bare feet felt the dust. Some mold in the shower. I would have liked bedding with some cotton content. The property listing says it is on the river, but we could not see or access it without driving a mile or two. When sitting on the front porch, the view is another building. We did enjoy our time in the city of Salmon -- bakery breakfast by the river, a nice walk and sunset, clean and cheap small-town theater, deals at the thrift store, a little history, and good local grub.
The cabin is nice, but there was no place to hang your
clothes, no mirror in the bathroom. There was no Kleenex/tissue in the bathroom but quickly corrected by the caretakers. Web indicates "washer" in the Lewis Cabin and further down there was a "dryer" listed but not where. Turns out they were both in a separate bldg, which was fine, web was just confusing.
We walked into this adorable cabin and pictures do not do it justice. Even cuter than photos. The front porch was an amazing spot for morning coffee or eating diner. There was a gas grill on the porch, but we did not use it.
In previous reviews, people had complained about not enough places for towels or a mirror in the bathroom. Those have been addressed.
The manager Britt came with extra coffee and offered us the use of her fire pit for two nights. Super sweet of her. We would have taken her up on the offer but we were exhausted from all the adventures we had done.
We loved the location. Not in the town of Salmon, just south, but close enough if you wanted to go out to eat or get gas. It is off the Hwy, but the noise didn’t bother us, the cabins are set back from the Hwy and there is very little traffic.
Kitchen has a few basic items. 2 small pot, a couple of small pans. They do have a wine bottle opener. They supplied all essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, ect.
I did not get information about the check in process till two days before, which is fine. I just kept getting notices from VRBO before that, that I should have received the check in directions. The owner emailed me the info after I requested the details.
I would stay here again in a heart beat. Nice quiet place, comfy bed, great porch, watch the sunset behind the mountains from the property and close to everything we wanted to do without being in town. For one or two people,!
