The cabin is in the woods on 3.44 acres of land, so you will most likely see or hear critters. There have been bear sightings as well, so be aware and do not feed them or leave trash on the porch. Please take caution if they are in the area and keep a lengthy distance from them.
The wifi that is provided is great for working from home and zoom meetings, but because the cabin is on a mountain, streaming video (such as Netflix) on the TV’s might not work from time to time depending on the weather. That being said, over 200 channels of satellite television is provided on all of the TV’s for your entertainment.
The hot tub is for everyone, however kids must be accompanied with an adult at all times. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub at your own risk!
No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 11am on their scheduled day of departure, there will be a fee of $50.00 administered for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
No refunds for weather/natural disasters/ power outages/ other events that are beyond our control.
While we love our pets, we will not be allowing any pets to join you during your stay. Please respect this policy. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.
