Welcome to Strawberry Breeze!

This gorgeous newly renovated waterfront home with a modern contemporary feel, big water views and huge private natural sand beach is the epitome for lake living! An open floor plan paired picturesque lake views makes this home perfect for gathering with your family and friends. The kitchen has a large dining area that overlooks the great room that features a shuffleboard table, second sitting area, and a sun room that allows for an additional gathering area. The expansive back deck offers a hot tub and flat top grill for your use!

The main level boasts four sleeping areas, including two king rooms with ensuite bathrooms, a six-person bunk room and an additional king room. The upper level bonus room accommodates two queen beds with a sitting area. The private pier allows for convenient access for docking your boat so it's always ready to take a cruise around the lake.

Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

Graduation Weekend

We shared the house with another family, and we were both celebrating our sons Graduation! The house provided plenty of space to entertain and relax. We loved the entire weekend. I would highly recommend the house to others.

Perfect Retreat

A few of us Ladies got together for a relaxing time away. The place could not have been more perfect- We enjoyed mornings on the dock, puzzles in the sunroom and campfires at night. It was a beautiful place. We plan on coming again next year!

Great for family!

House and location were amazing! My family and I had a great time, just what we needed. Slight ant problem. And the AC wasn’t working great, would hit 77 degrees at times inside. But was in communication with the property manager and they tried to have it fixed. The staff was very friendly. Overall i would definitely come back to rent out the house!!!

Lovely ,quiet, peaceful location

Nice clean, spacious house. Beds were really comfortable, and the furnishings were comfortable and ample. Kitchen was well stocked. This house is close to shopping and restaurants. Super quiet neighborhood, peaceful serene backyard setting. we had a relaxing enjoyable stay and would recommend.

Awesome place - Great Location!!

The house was amazing - recently updated and plenty of space. Great location - easy to get to by road and by lake. It was perfect for two families of 4 - we had such a great time!

Excellent Stay & Experience with StayLakeNorman

Everything about our stay at this property was spectacular. The professionalism of StakeLakeNorman is second to none, and they were available immediately for any questions/comments/concerns. The property itself had all of the accommodations you would need, and everything about the house is amazing. We would certainly return to this property again and would never hesitate to book with StayLakeNorman again. You simply can't go wrong. Two small pieces of feedback for StayLakeNorman... 1) An extra refrigerator (perhaps in the garage), whether it's a mini-fridge or not, would be beneficial for large groups of guests who will be doing a fair amount of cooking/drinking on the property. 2) For out of town guests who don't have rental cars, you should consider offering a paid car service back to the airport on the dates of your guests' departure. We found there was a lack of Ubers/Lyfts/taxis willing to make their way out to the Denver area for our trips back to the airport and some were in danger of missing flights. Everyone made their flights on time, but we were cutting it close. I'm sure guests would be willing to pay a premium to the StayLakeNorman to guarantee a ride back to the airport. Other than that, everything was 10 out of 10, 5 star service. Thanks again, StayLakeNorman. I would recommend anyone book this property.

Almost great.

The home and accommodations were exactly what we hoped for when we took a chance on VRBO. There were a few manageable hiccups that left the rating as good not great. The toughest for me as the signee was all the warnings and “not to dos” including a property limit that kept my parents and one sibling away for our family dinner as we didn’t want to breach the agreement. I’m from a family of nine (all of us in town for a wedding) so the limit didn’t even get us to half. Things like all garbage in bags had us digging individual items up from the previous guests- until we realized that was insane. The in home stereo system didn’t work along with one of the TVs. Our tech guy was great but couldn’t resolve the situation. The boat rental was expensive and given what we were paying to stay we could only get one day. This compared to my sister’s place ,just up the road, that charged $500 for the whole week. To be sure, small problems but for me it was enough to rate it good not great. If you’re going to hammer home the “not to dos” and point out the penalties of not complying then at least make sure everything works. You’ve emailed me 5-6 times for this review and I didn’t want to send it as I knew by pointing out the negative it would sully what was a fun time, I was just a bit on edge making sure we followed all the stips that I found it tough to relax. Personality flaw for me, sure. So in the end we would go back and would recommend this place to others. Just a few things that kept from rating it great.

We had a wonderful weekend at the lake! More than enough space to not be on top of each other. Would have liked at least maybe a half bath on that top bedroom but other than that it was a perfect stay.

From the Firepit to the dock, this was a great house for a friends weekend. Next time we’ll rent the pontoon boat!

House was great - as advertised on the water with dock, beach and accessories to enjoy the water. Service from management was excellent from first reservation through renting a boat and having it personally delivered with orientation and great local information sharing. First class from start to finish.

Perfect! Met all of our needs!

The house is beautifully furnished with all of the amenities needed for a family. Our children enjoyed the beach and swimming in the lake. The rental company was responsive to our needs and throughly communicated everything regarding our visit!

Best vacation ever!

We had a blast! Great service from management company from beginning to end, amazing location, spacious home with a warm welcoming layout, lots to do ( boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, volleyball and swimming) . Everything was perfect!

My family loved our stay at Strawberry Breeze! We felt very welcomed with all of the little touches like complementary wine, a well-stocked kitchen, firewood, beach towels, etc. Spacious rooms and lots of gathering places! Would definitely recommend!

Great property for family

My family as well as my sisters family spent about 5 days at this property. The house has everything you could wish for and a great time was had by all. We ended up renting a jet ski too and the kids had a great time tubing behind it!

Keeping it Green & Clean

Pros: lake, beach, lawn, nice neighbors (TY Erin who helped w/ jumper cables), convenient grocery stores, auto shop, fans in every room, fully stocked kitchen and grill allowed us to cook every night, and games to play. Cons: single bathroom with slow draining shower shared among 3 rooms was a challenge, esp given how large master bath was, recycling and composting would also be better, and suggest large dispensers to replace all the single-use toiletries, which would be easier to use (less screwing of small caps) and less plastic. Enabling guests to reduce impact to the surrounding area would make the stay even better, especially given how beautiful and green the area is.
