New Remodel 3/2 close to the beaches + large private fenced yard

LISTING DESCRIPTION:
This spotless newly renovated 3BR/2BA home features a large private fenced in backyard/patio, firepit, propane grill and two chaise lounge chairs all with a tropical vibe! We are very centrally located and minutes to several of Florida top beaches: Madeira Beach, Indian Shores, Redington, Indian Rocks Beach, St. Pete Beach & Clearwater Beach. Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater, Dunedin, and Gulfport are all a short drive. Come experience all the beauty this area has to offer!

ABOUT THIS SPACE:
This home is new everything - all new on the inside, new kitchen, new bathrooms, new furniture, new beds, new appliances, new backyard, new landscape, new paver patio, new firepit, new grill, new fence...the list goes on.

Our home can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. We provide paid access to Netflix, Hulu, ESPN+, Disney+ and Paramount+. The master bedroom features a King size mattress with a 50" Smart TV along with a Roku. The master also has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in stand-up shower. One guest bedroom has a King size mattress and the other has a Queen size mattress and both have Smart TV's. The second bathroom is a shower/tub combo. The living room features a very comfortable couch and a 65" Smart TV along with a Roku. We offer fast internet, so this is a perfect place to work remotely. We also personally deep clean our home in between guests so you can rest assured knowing that you will be staying in a very clean and cozy home.

Our kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. We have a large fully fenced-in, private outdoor patio/backyard with a patio table that has seating for 7-8. There is also an outdoor fire pit, propane grill, 2 chaise lounge chairs, and a hammock if you want to relax or get your tan on. Our garage has a washer and dryer available plus plenty of storage space. Bring your e-bikes and ride them to the Pinellas Trail, to beautiful nature/exercise trials nearby, or to the beach!

PLEASE NOTE: We have 3 very large beautiful tree's on the property and there are large roots throughout parts of the yard (they are not in common gathering areas). If using the hammock, please use at your own risk. Please also be mindful when walking around the front and back yard. We are not responsible for any injuries due to tree roots around the property or hammock use. As long as you are mindful, you will not have an issue.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
- The house has a four-car driveway. Please park in the driveway. Please do not park in the garage or on the grass. Four cars can fit in the driveway and there is also available street parking. No more than 4 cars are allowed on the property.

- Beach items are provided (2 chairs, 1 beach towel per person, 1 beach umbrella and 2 small coolers).

- Pack and play, a Graco Convertible high chair, and a stand-alone high chair are provided. We do have a 2nd pack and play available upon request.

- This is a pet friendly home, but please only bring well-behaved, potty-trained pets. Please bring a crate if you plan to leave your pet unattended. The pet fee is $99 per pet, per stay. 2 pets, 30lbs. max pet pet. Our insurance does have breed restrictions, so please let us know the breed and size of your pet(s). Due to severe allergies, CATS ARE ONLY ALLOWED ON A PRE-APPROVAL BASIS. If pets are brought without approval or are above the 30lb. maximum, we reserve the right to charge additional fees.

- For stays longer than 7 days, an additional cleaning fee will be accessed should a deep clean be required after your check-out. For stays longer than 14 days, a deep clean will be required (+$100 cleaning fee).

- Photo ID matching guest name and signed rental agreement required for all bookings.

Everything You Could Need

This house was bright, super clean, and very comfortable. The owner has anticipated all of the things you might want for your stay...night lights, paper products, spices, beach stuff, etc. She is very considerate and responsive, checking in to make sure everything is okay. This is a lovely home, and we would highly recommend this property.

My boyfriend and I had the BEST stay here. Host was excellent with communication and even let us check in early! The place was very clean and we felt safe keeping our car parked outside. The neighborhood was quiet and the house had lots of utensils and beach belongs we had access to utilize. The fenced yard was a great place to grill and relax at night after a Long Beach day which was very close by! Would highly recommend

A Beauty in Seminole

Upon our arrival, we were thoroughly impressed with this property. Every amenity was thought out. Information about the local area was available through pamphlets and guidebooks. About the only concerns i had was that there needs to be a grab bar installed in the main bathroom for your older guests. I will definitely book this property again whenever I am visiting the Tampa area.

Our stay was just wonderful. The house looked new, and was very clean. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Exceptional Home in Safe Quiet Neighborhood!

We were looking for a home that would be close to the beaches but would give us a quiet stay away from all the hustle and bustle. We also have Dexter, who’s our 8 yr old shih tzu and we wanted a fenced in yard he could enjoy. This home was perfect! I’m a realtor so I know quality work when I see it and this home has been completely remodeled with every accommodation you can think of. The backyard is an oasis at night with exceptional lighting, a Firepit complete with chairs and a gas grill and patio table. Truly an exceptional home. A flat screen tv in every bedroom and Danielle even provided free Netflix and 2 other streaming channels. Easy to get to and safe! Plus, we were at Gulf Blvd and all the beaches within 10 minutes. Nothing was missed on this one. We will stay here again! I highly recommend it and appreciate honest reviews when I’m looking, so I hope this helps.

Beautiful, clean home!

This home was adorable and CLEAN! The neighborhood was quiet, and we loved that we could safely and easily walk our dogs in the area. All of the beds were extremely comfortable too. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Danielle was the best host! She communicated with us before, during, and after our stay to ensure everything was going well! One of the best stays we've had!

Christmas 2023

What a wonderful place. Clean and beautiful. We stayed at Danielle’s property for Christmas with our family of 6 and pet and it was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful and so clean. It’s everything and more. We had late nite bon fires and she had everything we could’ve needed. We cooked and watched movies on the big tv. Close to everything John’s Pass, Madera beach, at Pete to name a Few. Definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed and will stay again. Thanks Danielle for a wonderful stay.

Seminole pre Christmas trip

Everything about our stay here was PERFECT. From check-in, to check-out. Danielle kept in touch the entire time to make sure everything was perfect. The house is so nice, and everything is brand new. This house is amazing! It looks just like the pictures and it is so clean. The house is very clean and looks just like the pictures. The host has beach supplies for use and was kind enough to bring us a replacement umbrella because the current one was broken. The host responded so quickly when we told her. This house is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!! I took my 10 year old granddaughter, she was so amazed and stated that she could see herself living like this. 😀 It’s location is minutes away from all stores and restaurants. Fantastic home

We came to celebrate our parents 60th Ann. This homes location was just perfect for the 5 of us. The house is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and shopping. It's very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. It does not have a pool, but we weren't interested in one. The yard is very large and private, with a grill, picnic table and fire pit area. The host was extremely prompt with our questions. We felt right at home here :)

Absolutely fabulous VRBO

Our stay here was wonderful. The location is amazing, the house is wonderful, the host was awesome. It definitely exceeded our expectations, which were actually pretty high. I would definitely recommend this location, and if we need a place in the St Pete area again, this will be the very first place we check. If we could give it a 10, we totally would.

Excellent Stay

We booked this home after experience with VRBO rentals in other locations and were pleasantly surprised with the many extras not normally provided with this type of rental. The host has done a great job anticipating any needs a renter/traveler could need and exceeded all expectations. The location of the home is convenient to many great attractions and the host also provided suggestions for some lesser known but outstanding destinations to explore. All in all, this home is a great option and we are grateful for the work put in by the host to make it so.

Florida Vacation
