This quiet, charming mountain cottage is centrally located 5 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, it's also less than two miles from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance; the most visited park in the nation with 12 million plus visitors a year. A one step entry into the property and single-story living provides easy access. From the padded rockers on the front porch, you have a view of the safe, established neighborhood, a vintage barn, and a 100+ year old church across the way. A unique and luxurious covered pergola lets you enjoy the gas fire pit during spring showers or winter snowfalls. Enjoy the soothing sounds of the cascade water feature from May-October. Sheer curtains provide privacy while still allowing you to see any surrounding wildlife. Relax in the warm summer breezes June-July and experience our famous Smoky Mountain fireflies as they dance and sparkle in the night. Enjoy crisp fall evenings by the fire pit with a cup of hot spiced cider or watch the winter snow fall and celebrate the holiday season. Literally minutes from the property you can visit: Dollywood, Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, all the shows in the area, or shop till' you drop at any of the many area shopping malls or the Glades Arts & Crafts loop for handmade treasures.

THE KITCHEN/DINING AREAS
The well-lit galley kitchen has a separate coffee bar, dark rich cabinetry, lots of counter space, a central island, a built-in dining banquet with lots of comfortable pillows and ample seating for four, or, enjoy the mountain air on the spacious front porch using the outdoor dining area. All the cookware and utensils needed to make a sumptuous meal are provided should you choose to cook. Showcase your BBQ skills with the charcoal grill just off the kitchen entry deck; grilling tools are available as well.

THE LIVING ROOM
The living room is open to the kitchen: a beautiful, comfortable space filled with natural light. Sink into the inviting leather sofa or one of the gorgeous high backed wing chairs for a lively conversation, or you can kick back to watch your favorite program or sporting event on the 65" smart tv using your personal log on information with Spectrum's high speed streaming services. Lending a cozy glow to the space is the convenient electric fireplace. After Thanksgiving, Christmas decorations are provided during the holiday season.

THE PRIMARY BEDROOM
A king bed with an ensuite bathroom, providing a double vanity and garden tub, allows convenience for sharing this plush space. A memory foam mattress, crisp cotton sheets, fluffy comforter and pillows, and a 42" flatscreen smart tv lets you snuggle in for a cozy night's rest. Should you need a quiet workspace, a desk and chair are provided as well.

THE GUEST ROOM
A king bed with memory foam mattress, crisp cotton sheets, fluffy comforter and pillows, and a 42" flatscreen smart tv are also provided here. The full bath is located just outside the bedroom door. All linens for beds and baths are provided.

THE GAME ROOM
You will find various games for all ages in the game room: An electronic dartboard, air hockey, a sit-down multi-player video-cade with 60+ games, puzzles, and board games. Basic cable and hi speed wi-fi are included. We are streaming through Spectrum to expand your viewing options. You have access to streaming app's with your personal user information through the smart tv's. For those chilly evenings by the fire, outdoor throws are located in a basket by the door in the game room.

PARKING
On-site parking for a maximum of two (2) vehicles is provided. Due to the driveway turning radius we cannot allow RV's or trailers, only passenger vehicles please. This property is located on a secondary county road, while not steep, vehicles with four-wheel drive are recommended in snowy/icy conditions.

LAUNDRY
Free washer and dryer use is included.

OTHER THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW
We provide a starter pack of paper products and cleaning supplies, i.e.: toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher pods, which should be sufficient for your first couple of days. Keeping in mind our guests with allergies, we do not provide body soaps, shampoos, or laundry detergent. However, these items can be supplied upon request. Bar hand soaps are provided at each bath sink.

Scented products are used to clean and sanitize our property. While the property does not have a strong fragrance by common standards, those with fragrance sensitivities or severe allergies should be aware of this to determine if our property is a good fit or not. There will be a clean fragrance noted within the property.

This property is on an active bear trail. Driveway and trash can area are under video surveillance. While the camera is not constantly monitored it is recording and will alert when a vehicle or an animal is detected. In order to prevent surprises for both you and any bears, during waking hours, you will be contacted to advise of a bear in close proximity to the property. Check out our "critter wall of fame" in the game room.

An electronic coded lock for contactless check-in is in use. Due to the bear cam and electronic lock being connected to the wi-fi, disconnecting camera or wi-fi is not permitted.

Owners are close by should you have any questions or experience unforeseen issues.

Life can be unexpected with circumstances that come up last minute so we highly, highly recommend you purchase trip insurance.
