On this level, you’ll find one bedroom and a bath equipped with grab rails for added safety and a walk-in shower for a more accessible bathing experience.

Upstairs, the landing overlooks the living area with gorgeous ocean views. Down the hall is the master bedroom with a private en suite bath, complete with grab rails and a walk-in shower, as well as a private oceanfront balcony. Additionally on this level is a third bedroom and a hall bath featuring similar accessibility features, including grab rails and a walk-in shower.

Via stairs in this third bedroom, the attic space and fourth bedroom are located on the third level! This versatile room is set up for multiple uses as a lounge space and sleeping area—perfect for the kids and the kids at heart!

Step outside and enjoy the many deck spaces while taking in the seaside vista. Relax on the main deck with built-in seating and furniture or appreciate the surrounding beauty from the deck area with built-in seating on the front dune.

Head down to the beach via the private walkway and path to take a stroll or splash in the waves. When returning from the beach, make use of the convenient rinse-off station on the main deck walkway or head down the side stairs to enjoy the roomy enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water and a dressing area.
