Welcome to Dream Weaver Villa® at Blooming Alamanda, our tastefully decorated lakefront retreat.

The villa is ideally situated in the heart of everything. Within 5 minutes driving, you will find an array of restaurants, bars, shops galore as well as a few golf courses. Disney Animal Kingdom is 8 minutes away, 15 minutes to Disney Magic Kingdom, and 30 minutes to Orlando Internal Airport. SeaWorld, Universal Studio, Discovery Cove, Cocoa and Clearwater beach are also a short distance away.

With being so close to Disney World, it makes it very convenient for families with small kids to come back to the villa for a mid-day break during the warmest time of the day and re-energize yourself with a refreshing dip in the pool then come back to Disney to watch the night spectacular fireworks. What a perfect way to plan your family vacation day!

The villa provides a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, utensils, and Keurig coffee maker.

A welcoming package is provided upon your arrival with a small starting supply of coffee, tea, laundry and dish detergent, and soap/shampoo to get your vacation started without having to visit the store right away.

• Pool will be heated up to 86°F (30°C) and Spa heated on demand to 102°F (39°C).
• 4 bedrooms, 1 king bed, 1 queen beds, 4 twin beds. Sleeps up to 8 people.
• 2 full bathrooms
• Spa and pool with a gorgeous lakefront view, cozy lanai with seating area.
• Family friendly with baby crib, high chair, baby bath tub. All available free of charge.
• Fully stocked kitchen with cooking ware and utensils.
• 400Mbps internet connection!
• 1 Smart TV in each bedroom in addition to 1 in the living room.
• Free internet access

Available Options:
• 4 burner gas BBQ available upon request; $50/3 days, $80 weekly including a full tank of propane.
• Early checkin at 10am or late checkout at 4pm is 50% of nightly rate and subject to availability.

Absolutely Incredible

We’ve been to Florida the last 10 springs and this may have been hands down the best property we’ve stayed at. It was clean, spacious, quiet and the pool was incredible. We’ve already started talking about renting again next year. Will definitely be back!!

Great home away from home in a convenient location

This home was perfect for our family of 7. The kids loved the heated pool and spa and it was a pretty view overlooking the lake. The location is perfect- the drive to Disney is short and there are many other conveniences close by like restaurants and stores and other entertainment. We’d love to stay again!

Wonderful Home

This home is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need! The heated pool was AWESOME!! My kids LOVED it! It is super close to Disney World. It is also close to shopping and groceries. The neighborhood is nice, clean and quiet. Communication with the host was easy. I’d definitely come back with my family.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Only suggestion is to change pillows on outside furniture as some were ripped and too worn to be comfortable. Beautiful pool and great house.

The BEST place to stay!

Excellent place to stay. Clean, well stocked Kitchen, beautiful pool and Hot spa, lots of added extra touches, super close to all things Disney and loads of restaurants. Plenty of towels, including beach towels. They offer a large cooler, beach chairs and even floaties for the pool. Beds were comfy. By far the best place we have stayed! Owners have a binder with lots of info and they even have an Alexa that they programed to give us info on local eateries and places to visit etc. Owners checked up on us after we entered the home to make sure everything went smoothly and responded quickly. They definitely earned their wonderful rating!

Family fun and relaxation

Our stay was effortless and fun. We were able to relax here on our days off in between parks. And we a short drive the days we did go to the parks. I definitely recommend the pool heat as it really amplified our experience. We will definitely book here again when we come back to the Orlando area!

Hurrican Milton - Book with Confidence.

100% as described, our hosts were in contact every day duiring the week after the unexpected news of a Hurricane and its potential impact. Before you know it we had full safety instructions, torches and radios and every support we could need, as it happens there was no need and the Villa isnt in a vulnerable location in terms of flooding etc. Rent with confidence - you will love it and if anything unexpected happens, also be looked after. Thanks again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Villa, the house had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The provision of a few basic items such as laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets was a nice touch that we really appreciated. Would stay here again.

Perfect Villa for Disneyworld and Universal Studios

We based ourselves at Villa Dreamweaver for our Orlando holiday and it was a great location. A very short drive to the Disneywold parks and a 30 minute drive to Universal. The villa was immaculately clean, well equiped and the bed very comfortable. The children loved the pool, while the hot tub was great for easing adult aching muscles. We did have to contact the owner on a a couple of occasions, they were attentive and immediately provided answers/explanations. We plan to use Villa Dreamweaver for our next Orlando trip and highly recommend the property.

Great base for our Orlando family vacation

We spent over a week at this lovely house with our 5 teenage kids. This house and location was a great base for our family and we had plenty of room to spread out. Lovely pool area and great owners who were very helpful if we needed anything.

Great communication

I contacted Frode regarding the concrete around the pool, just recommending that it be cleaned before next guest. Immediately got back to me and told me he would have someone out to clean it the next day. We watched the fireworks from the pool. Amazing host and home. Highly recommend!!

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood

We had a great stay at the Dreamw OK eaver Villa. It’s a lovely home, in a quiet neighborhood. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, all of which were sparkling clean. The pool and hot tub were great to relax in after a long day shopping or at the parks. Everything about the villa was wonderful. I would come back again. The owners were very responsive to our requests, and couldn’t have been nicer. You won’t regret staying here!

Awesome Stay / Great Hosts

This was our first time renting an entire home for our bi-annual Disney trips. My family and I stayed here for a quick trip to Epcot. The house is exactly as the photos show. We were able to enjoy the private pool after a hot day in Florida. The owners were very responsive, check in was easy, the home had everything we needed and then some.

Fantastic Place

Everything about our stay here was great. Great location about 15 minutes from Disney. House was great. Pool and hot tub were great, I think the kids liked that just as much as Disney. House was very clean, roomy, and as the pictures show. On the small lake is very pretty. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and look forward to staying here again.
