This beautiful townhome is designed to be the ideal vacation home with each bedroom having its own private bath. It is located 0.1 miles from the beach, 1 mile from the Pier and Village area, and 0.7 miles from the Coast Guard Station. Situated just 1 block from local favorites including the Crab Trap, Crab Daddy's, the Barrier Island Brewing Company, and the King and Prince hotel. As an added bonus, this home comes complete with a free golf cart. A liability waiver simply needs to be signed at our office.
Upon entering the front door, you are welcomed by a spacious living room with seating for 7 and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. Next, you are led to a dining table that seats 6, followed by an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a regular drip coffee machine, Keurig, French press, toaster, and blender. All standard cookware is provided. If you find yourself missing anything, please let us know and a member of the Emmons Realty staff will bring it right over. Off of the kitchen, there is a half bathroom. In the garage, you will find a golf cart, bicycles, beach chairs, and toys. Just outside is an outdoor shower.
On the second level, you enter the master bedroom containing a stately four-poster king-sized bed, a 50-inch flat-screen TV, Keurig, a chaise lounge chair, an armchair, a desk, a dresser, and a balcony. Off of the bedroom is an en-suite bathroom appointed with dual sinks, a jacuzzi tub, a step-in shower, two closets, and access to a screened balcony. There is also a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer on the second level.
Ride the private elevator to the third level. There are two bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom contains two queen-sized beds, a 40-inch flat-screen TV, a chaise lounge chair, and a balcony. To the left, there is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and closet. Also on this level is the second guest bedroom with one queen-sized bed, a 43-inch flat-screen TV, an armchair, and a balcony with two lounge chairs. This bedroom is similarly appointed with an en-suite bathroom, tub/shower combo, and closet.

(Fine print and some rules)
There is an elevator that services all floors of the home. Only 1 car can be parked in the front driveway. An additional car can be parked in the garage. Only 2 cars are allowed on the property. Additional cars have to be parked in the public parking, one block away. Renters must be at least 25 years old. The golf cart is provided at no additional charge and is included as a courtesy to enhance your stay. Please note that no refunds or compensation will be issued in the event of a golf cart malfunction.

To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Emmons Realty strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance.
Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. No refunds will be granted for early departure. If booking through Airbnb, you will only be subject to their deposit policies.
