I’ve lived in Southern California, Chicago, Boston, Vancouver WA, Europe, and Barcelona ES. I’ve traveled far and wide. But Medellín, Colombia is just about as good as it gets [which is why I live here and absolutely love showing visitors a good time] Through my company Lightstay, my goal is to deliver to modern travelers a *light* (easy / enjoyable / positive) kind of *stay* in up-and-coming travel destinations like Medellín. Medellín above all is lighter on your pockets and your spirits than say London or New York; it is, in virtually every respect, *the future* and my aim is to show you the best time while you’re here. Note that over the past 6 years I had previously done casual hosting on Airbnb as a side income stream while working full-time professionally. The difference now is through Lightstay (the company I founded), I have undergone professional short term rental management training from some of the best in the world at this. Therefore, all of our properties enjoy far more financial investment/staffing to upkeep much higher quality and customer service standards.
