Views, Location, Privacy and Fun! Setup for Comfort and to Entertain
Come vacation in our home in the gated community of McDowell Mountain Ranch for a month or two! (Minimum stay is 30 days per our association.) Enjoy everything going on here in warm Arizona for the winter months, Waste Management Open (4 Miles), Barrett Jackson Car Auction (View it1 Mile behind our home) and the Super Bowl in Glendale.
The community has 6 private pickleball courts available to reserve as well as Horizon community pickleball courts just 5 minutes away.
McDowell Mountain Public Golf Course is just around the corner. Great 18 holes plus a complete practice facility.
This is not a typical rental home, as it is our primary residence. We are moving into a recently purchased home to get it ready for the market while renting this one out while there. We will be close and available to help with any issues that might come up.
Our fully furnished home has everything you need to make your stay perfect! We love our home and think you will as well.
