Peaceful & Restfull

We especially enjoyed the quality of the casita and furnishings. The setting makes you feel you're almost in the Sonoran desert.

Fun with Friends and Golf

We are two couples who drove up from Las Vegas to play golf and dine out. The villa was perfect for us. Very comfortable and well appointed.

very good overall but master toilet did not flush well at all and getting hot water was a challenge. The showers required a very precise setting to get hot water

A perfect two weeks away….

We loved our stay. There was nothing that we needed that our hosts did not supply. We loved the location of the house and even though we had a car, we walked to everything!

Boulders Stay

Beautiful property located in a top notch golf/residential development! Very comfortable and relaxing casita. Lots of trees and shrubbery in the area with quail outside. Will definitely be back next trip to Phoenix area.

Desert Oasis

We spent the last 12 days of December in this comfortable casita and will happily return to again. The kitchen was adequately stocked with cooking and dining wear, although I'd recommend bringing your own knives if you plan to prepare meals requiring chopping. We enjoyed reading in the livingroom and appreciated the easy-to-use tv the few times we turned it on. Great comfortable beds contributed to restful nights. Also the bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with toiletries, paper products and plastic bags. It was too cool for us to sit out on the several patios but would enjoy them in warmer weather. We are active people and greatly appreciated the Boulders Club Renters Privileges--something you arrange and pay for through the Resort. With this we had access to a great fitness center with excellent classes, pickleball and tennis courts and driving range.

Beautiful Villa !

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful villa, feeling right at home from the moment we walked in. The furnishings were cozy, and the beds extremely comfortable. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen appeared to be well equipped. Our host, Ted, was extremely attentive with any questions or issues that came up. Would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Ted, for such a great stay!!

Great Property

This is a nicely appointed house. Plenty of dishes, glasses, and utensils in the kitchen. Ample towels and bedding. And the king-size beds in each room are comfortable. The casita is quiet with lots of nice outdoor seating. All are within the ground of the Boulders Resort so easy access to their amenities. Highly recommend. Thanks for sharing your home with us.
