We stayed for a week here and found everything we needed. The remodel was fantastic and the kitchen had everything you could want. We saved a ton of money cooking many meals at home. The surroundings were very relaxing and the host was very responsive. Thanks Sherri!

Nice stay!
Really enjoyed the stay - hard to beat the location for easy access to the north shore and all the wonderful beaches.A great neighborhood/area to be able to walk/run in the morning and enjoy coffee. You can hear upstairs neighbors at times, but it was never an issue. The space was well equipped with everything we need (kitchen, relaxing, beach, etc.).

Covenient Location
Great spot , only 20 min to Hanalei Bay where there is lots of good restaurants. Nice new Reno's . Everything was clean and tidy. ... Make sure you go down and check out the turtle caves.

Beautifully renovated interior
This home is immaculately clean and beautifully renovated. The kitchen has every appliance you could possibly want. The closet outside has everything you could want for the beach (chairs, boogie board, noodle, snorkel masks and fins, etc) and the items are all clean and like new. The host was very responsive to questions. It was well located in Princeville for the things we wanted to do.

Excellent remodel
The condo has been very nicely remodeled, and very comfortable to stay in. Too bad there wasn’t an update to the sound barrier to the unit above. It was noisy when there were guests in the unit above us. The only disappointment, was that the wash machine didn’t work, and apparently hadn’t been for a couple weeks already, before our arrival. so we found out by reading a note in our unit once we got there. This made things quite inconvenient for us since we were staying 12 nights. The owner did reach out to us about it and made a couple different offers of where we could take our clothes to wash them, including her own house nearby. But we didn’t want to wash clothes somewhere else and be inconvenienced during our vacation. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the location

Really enjoyed our stay in Princeville. The owner gave all the information that was needed to make finding the location and access to the unit easy. The unit is beautifully decorated and very homey! There was a slight view of the ocean from the unit. Great location to everything you need. We would definitely stay again when we return to Princeville.

Perfect weekend near Hanalei
Vacationing for 2 weeks in Poi Pu, booked this perfect condo to enjoy a few days on north shore; perfect location to visit Hanalei and Napali coast hikes. Condo so perfectly outfitted, AC in bedrooms only but ceiling fans were perfect for living kitchen areas. So clean and comfortable, we had a wonder weekend!!

Great week in Kauai with friends. Stayed the last 2 nights of our stay here and it was a great location with a short walk to a cliff with beautiful views. Explored the trail to turtle cave highly recommended ❤️ would stay here again.

Quiet and Convenient North Shore Condo
Sherri's condo in the Alii Kai resort is perfect for a quiet, relaxing Kauai vacation. The lanai, living room, and bedrooms have a mountain view, with the kitchen and bathrooms featuring an ocean view. Although there is no direct beach access in Princeville, the beautiful Hanalei Beach and family-friendly Anini Beach are less than fifteen minutes away. The unit itself is well-appointed and was spotless upon our arrival. We would not hesitate to stay here again on a return trip.

Only positive things!
We loved our stay at this unit in Princeville. The owner did a fantastic job with the full remodel of the unit. Everything was perfect, and the property owner was very responsive to our questions. The property has two walkable nearby attractions. Turtle Cave is so close and a really cool place to visit. We did get to see 2 turtles while we were there for 45 minutes, as well as some crabs on the rocks. Queens bath is only a bit further away, but still walkable through the neighborhood, which was also a really fun find. We were there right at sunset, which was beautiful. The air conditioning units in the bedrooms worked fantastic and kept us cool while we were there. The remodeled primary bathroom was awesome with the dual showerhead spacious shower and the massive soaking tub. My wife loved that! Would definitely stay here again.

Great family getaway
We had a great stay. The condo was updated, clean, and well equipped. We enjoyed the location for our daytime activities. We got to enjoy the Saturday Market right there in the community as well. We also ventured down to the Turtle Cove and got to see a Turtle. Would recommend.
