You will have peace & quiet in this standalone home with all the essentials you need for your stay including smart tv, wifi,desk area for getting work done, washer & dryer, ample parking, kitchen stocked with coffee, blender, and plenty of new cookware. We strive to create a space that anyone would be happy to call home. Queen bed & 2 sofas.

The yard is expansive and green and the home is surrounded by trees that complement your stay, especially spring thru late fall with beautiful blooms and foliage.

Location is great because you are just a few minutes to East Asheville shopping, restaurants, mall and more but just over the city line in the town of Swannanoa. So you get the best of both worlds of proximity to activities but a country feel.

Kitchen stocked with all essentials such as coffee maker, blender for whipping up smoothies or margaritas, dishes, pots & pans, knife set, cutting board, cooking utensils, microwave, oven/range and full size refrigerator/freezer. Laundry room as well with full size washer and dryer plus full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

We make sure to provide additional items for you as well like penty of toilet paper, fresh lines, hair dryer, iron and more.

This area is convenient to shops, restaurants & activities, close to town, yet a country feel. Plenty of rivers, waterfalls and mountain hikes in the area and also an area that feels safe and relaxing for families and individuals.

An expansive yard surrounded by trees. Great outdoor space for enjoying sunny days and a shared firepit for campfires at night. This is a very peaceful property and a great place to get away and relax while still being close to all that the area has to offer.
