Relax in this very, very, private,(no neighbors) quaint, soothing cabin nestled back among the trees, sitting high on a hilltop, overlooking the Rock River at Indianford

Although there is one bedroom, this place is far from confining. There is a huge private yard, a Screened Porch, deck or a private pier to relax on. A fire pit is on site. Pets considered.

This cabin has one QUEEN SIZE bed, one sleeper sofa, and a kitchen with all utensils included. Free use of wireless internet.

You will also have your very own private pier to do a little fishing or just for relaxing. This is a very safe environment to just even get away for sometime alone, or for Mom and a couple of friends to relax and get away from it all.

The Towne Country Club is just 5 minutes away and open to the public for golfing on a beautiful course, with a couple of the holes designed by Edgerton native, Steve Stricker. Also, Edgerton has a great Aquatic Facility for relaxing around the pool on a hot summer day.

You might want to take a stroll across the bridge and have lunch at Off The Hook Grub/Pub or The Showboat Tap.
Pick up some bait and supplies at Treps Bait Shop. This is a great place to just watch the world go by.

Lovely cozy and clean

We arrived to the location with no problems. The small cabin overlooks the Rock River. We enjoyed watching the river, the birds and wildlife. Very cozy and warm on a winter weekend. Thanks!

Great holiday getaway!

Came out as a respite from all of the holiday busyness and what a treat it was. From the first moments we arrived to see all the beautiful Christmas decorations and classic Christmas songs on the TV, to the many birds we watched while drinking our coffee, to when we checked out after a relaxing few nights spent with a puzzle in front of the fire. For ThRealwonderful.

A slice of heaven

This spot was a true gem and my mom and I were so impressed with the attention to detail paid by the owners. The cottage is adorable and the property is lovely. We spent hours birdwatching and enjoyed the screened in porch, back deck, and fire pit. We brought our dog too which was nice. Truly a magical place to escape to for a weekend

Stayed for a week in mid September. Nice location, cabin very clean and well supplied, The owners put a lot of effort into maintaining the property. I really enjoyed the view from the deck overlooking the river, especially at night very peaceful.

My wife and I enjoyed the screened porch very much and having coffee every morning by the fire. We also like that there were many options for outdoor lounging too. Simply put this property was so much fun!!!

A wonderful slice of heaven!

Our family just returned from what can only be described as one of the best vacations we've ever had. We spent a week in a charming cabin on the Rock River and it was absolutely perfect. From the moment we booked, George, the property manager, was incredibly communicative and made us feel right at home. His warm welcome and attention to detail truly set the tone for our stay. The cabin itself was cozy and inviting, with everything we needed for a comfortable week away. The location, nestled among the trees with breathtaking views of the river, was simply idyllic. We were able to dock our fun deck boat at their private pier, which made exploring the river a breeze. Evenings were spent around the fire pit, roasting marshmallows and making s'mores with the kids. The peaceful surroundings and starlit sky created the perfect backdrop for quality family time. Mornings were equally magical. We'd sip coffee on the screened porch, watching the birds, hummingbirds, and chipmunks flit about the yard. It was the kind of serene experience that's hard to find these days. This rental wasn't just a place to stay, it was an experience that our family will treasure for years to come. The combination of George's hospitality, the cabin's charm, and the stunning location made for an unforgettable vacation.

Peaceful

Cottage was very cute and cozy. We enjoyed how quiet and peaceful the area is. If youre looking for a relaxing getaway from everything....this is the place. Fishing, bird watching, fire pit and being on the river are all bonuses that this comfortable little cottage has to offer. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Charming and easy getaway spot

The house was welcoming and cozy, and had everything we needed for our short, midweek stay. Nice little kitchen, living room with a fireplace and river view, a warm bedroom. The outside space was very nice, with a screened-in porch, a patio, and even a small deck. Only drawback was the view of the campground and businesses across the river, because we didn't realize the house was located right there in Indianford. But, it was still a nice spot on the river and an easy walk to the tavern for lunch. Hosts were very responsive and kept in touch.

Absolutely perfect hidden gem

The cabin is so perfect, unbelievably cozy! the birdwatching was my fav. The lil touches Christine added, like playing jazz and having cozy lamps lit when we arrived was just perfect.

Great little getaway

Perfect solo or couples retreat

Space was perfect for a solo retreat or a couples getaway. Perfect spot to relax and watch the river go by. It was clean, comfortable, had a great view, and the hosts were very responsive. Can’t recommend this spot enough.

Great spot for true R&R!

Wonderful petite waterfront cabin decorated so cutely. All necessay supplies were there for us and cabin was clean and cozy. The area was safe and quiet and we enjoyed the property so much we plan to return! A quick ride to Madison to enjoy all the city has to offer while enjoying iur peaceful retreat!
